Blood Gang Members Convicted With Help Of Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine Get Sentencing Dates

A judge overseeing the case of two Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods convicted for dealing drugs and kidnapping 6ix9ine will get their sentences soon.

(AllHipHop News) The two men accused of causing a wave of violence in New York with rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine will be handed their prison sentences in a matter of months.

Earlier today (October 3), Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods members Al Jeremiah Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison were convicted of racketeering conspiracy.

Thanks to the help of rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez, both men are facing double-digit numbers in federal prison.

Harv Ellison was found guilty of kidnapping, maiming, and assault with a dangerous weapon, while Mack was guilty of conspiring to distribute more than one kilogram of heroin.

“Aljermiah Mack and Anthony Ellison were high-ranking members of Nine Trey, a ruthless gang, and were responsible for terrible acts of violence and the trafficking of dangerous narcotics throughout New York City,” said .U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman. said. “They now stand convicted of their crimes, and will no longer be able to inflict harm on the people of this city.”

Both Harv Ellison and Aljermiah Mack are looking at possible life sentences, after a trial that lasted almost two weeks.

Aljermiah Mack is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Engelmayer on February 19, 2020, while Harv Ellison is scheduled to be sentenced on February 26, 2020.
