Polo G says he's retiring

So, Polo G says he's retiring. Let's talk hip hop. Aight, yo. This is crazy as hell, right? Because Polo G says he's retiring, man. So, yesterday

he went on Twitter and he says, this rap shit got so lame and watered down. It ain't no fun in it

no more, right? Then he comes back and says, honestly, after my Hood Poet album, I'm considering

retiring from music. Then he puts a heart emoji and he's like, so I appreciate everybody riding

for me tenfold, right? Which is crazy as hell. So, y'all know the whole situation. Almost every

rapper goes through this, right? It's almost like a rite of passage where they mature, they grow up

and then they consider retiring before obviously continuing rap, right? I have never in the history

of hip hop seen a rapper say that they're going to retire and then actually do it, right? So

I don't think Polo G's retiring. It could be a marketing scheme for the Hood Poet album so that

people go and listen to it, or it could be the fact that really he thinks that he's going to

retire, but in the game, retiring, man. You know what I'm saying? So, I guess we'll see what

happens, and I'm sure that he'll probably expand on this more in an interview while he feels this

way, but for now, he says after the Hood Poet album, he's retiring. Let me know what y'all
