Cardi B Claims Offset’s Cheating Hurt Her Pregnancy In Heated Rant

Cardi B said Offset’s cheating left her depressed during pregnancy and claimed the stress had an effect on her baby.

Cardi B unloaded a wave of personal revelations Tuesday (June 3) during a heated rant, claiming Offset’s alleged infidelity during her pregnancy left her mentally drained and physically affected, even impacting the health of their third child.

The Bronx-born rapper didn’t hold back, describing how the emotional toll from Offset’s behavior spiraled into paranoia and depression.

“It’s more than the cheating,” she said he said during an X (Twitter) Spaces chat Tuesday night (June 3). “It’s the constant lies, the gaslighting — it was really messing up my with my head.”

Cardi said the stress reached a boiling point last year, pushing her to the edge. “I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep. My baby came out five pounds. A healthy baby … My baby came out five pounds because I couldn’t eat, I was so depressed.”

She also said she constantly feared waking up to new cheating rumors. The “constant drama” and “lies” left her feeling “paranoid” and emotionally exhausted.

Her team eventually stepped in. “I went to therapy, and I made an effort, and I found love again,” Cardi said, crediting her management and label for helping her seek professional help.

Despite the therapy and attempts to heal, Cardi admitted she gave Offset multiple chances.

But the breaking point, she claimed, was when she feared she might do something irreversible.

“I was going to end up going to jail because I was going to end up killing him,” she admitted. “Seriously, with my own bare hands because it was getting too much.”

Just hours before Cardi B’s emotional outpouring, Offset deactivated his social media accounts after posting a cryptic message. The post came after a viral photo showed Stefon Diggs — Cardi’s new man — sporting a hairstyle similar to one worn by the former couple’s son, Wave.

“Now when somebody die for playing with my son then call me the crash out,” Offset wrote. “Idc how I look trolling wit my kid ends bad.”
