In order to do a Muscle-Up on the Pull-Up Bars properly, you must: 1). First grip the bar as tight as possible. If you need to, you should use a pair of good workout gloves with rubberized grips.2). Start of by swinging back and forth on the bar on order to create the momentum that you will need in order to propel yourself up and over the bar. (I like to call this “The See-Saw Effect”).3). Once you have gained the momentum that you will need, thrust yourself above the bar while turning your wrists and hands at the same time.4). Then, bring yourself above the bar and push yourself up over the bar. If it doesn’t work the first time, keep trying and after a while, you will get it right.5). Remember, never favor using one arm over the other when you have to push yourself up over the bar because, you risk injuring yourself by possibly badly pulling muscles, tearing ligaments or damaging your Rotater Cuff.6). Once you have mastered this, after a while when you build up your strength through body-weight training, you should be able to Muscle-Up without swinging your way up the bar.7). Lastly, it is very important to consult a Doctor or Physician and receive a physical examination before getting into any regular exercise regimen. Like what you’ve seen?
