(AllHipHop News) The third annual New Skool Rules music conference will take place from April 5-7, in the city of Rotterdam in the Netherlands, in 2013.

The bi-annual music conference hosts dozens of music industry professionals, from over 31 countries around the world.

The internationally renowned New Skool Rules conference features three days of networking, workshops, master classes, panels and showcases.

Last year, almost 2000 attendees showed up to the New Skool Rules music conference.

Like in the past, New Skool Rules is hosting showcases in the United States and Europe, in search of artists to take part in their showcases in Rotterdam.

New Skool Rules and Epitome Entertainment have once again created the “Exchange Program.”

The program will send four musicians/artists from the United States and another four from Europe, to work together and be coaches by music industry professionals.

Here in the United States, competitions to find the four acts that will travel to Rotterdam for an all expenses paid trip, will take place at SAE Institutes around the country, this June and July.

For this edition of the Exchange Program, Grammy award-winning producers Needlz and Anthony Dent will coach the eight artists, in the creation of new material.

Trace Urban will document the entire Exchange Program on television, which will be broadcast to 70 countries worldwide.

On June 12, Needlz and company will stop in Atlanta Georgia seeking talent, before heading on to the West coast on June 15, in Los Angeles.

The Exchange Program will then head to New York on June 17, before traveling back to Rotterdam for auditions on June 30.

On July 4, reps will be in Paris, France, looking for acts for the Exchange Program.

In the past, executives like MTV’s Sway, platinum producer Drumma Boy, Tony Touch, while reps for companies like Def Jam, Universal, BET, MTV (USA), Konvikt, Interscope, AllHipHop.com, WEA, Sony, EMI, Warner Music attend the conference.
