(AllHipHop News) Converse has released a playlist of 13 brand-new tracks recorded by emerging artists from across the globe at some of the world’s most iconic studios including Abbey Road in London, and Tuff Gong in Jamaica, Stankonia in Atlanta. The sessions were part of the recent Converse Rubber Tracks global studio takeover.

The program provided 84 up-and-coming music acts free recording time at the legendary studios over a two-week period. The Converse Rubber Tracks playlist will be a growing compilation featuring select original music from the 84 artists.

Converse will also debut 10 short videos that feature key moments captured throughout the recording period, including surprise visits from world-renowned artists Mark Ronson, Thurston Moore, Marky Ramone, Sly & Robbie, and more. Four of those vids will serve as teasers to more in-depth 2016 documentaries surrounding four emerging artists’ experiences throughout the program.

The four films closely follow the journey of Brasilian alt-rock band Water Rats as they make their way to Avast Recording Co., Chinese punk rock group Pumpkins to Hansa Tonstudio, British indie-rock quartet The Magic Gang to Tuff Gong, and Providence-based emcee DAP to Abbey Road.
