D&D Records, home to Afu-Ra, QNC, Jack Venom
and Craig-G recently signed Boston Emcee, "Krumbsnatcha."
Hailing from Lawerenz Massachusetts, this rising star has performed with his
friend and mentor, Guru (Gang Starr) on "Make Em Pay" from Gang Starr’s
album "Moment Of Truth", that earned him the Source Magazine’s prestigious
Hip-Hop quotable in the month of March 2001.
"It’s really great to be a part of the Gang
Starr Foundation, it offers certain opportunities to shine," Krumbsnatcha
said. "Doing this "Mcing" thing for 15 years has definitely taught
me a lot, Right now all "Law Town" has is Benzino and I’m next up
to put my home town on the map."
Krumb released an EP in 1997 entitled "Snatcha
Season Part 1" which did well enough to position him for his first full
length album "Long Awaited: Snatcha Season Pt. 2". Which was released
to critical acclaim in 2000 and featured a host of well known, as well as underground
MCs, such as Teflon, Lord Tariq, Nottz and Boogieman.
