Cam’ron’s deal to become vice president of Roc-A-Fella

records fell through, due to a disagreement in salary with CEO Damon Dash Cam’ron

recently told Newsday.

"I wanted $750,000 to do it annually, and

he didn’t feel it was reasonable, so I didn’t take the job," Cam said.

Cam has a major role in the Roc-A-Fella Films produced "Paid In Full."

The movie is a retelling of the lives of Harlem drug lords AZ, Alpo and Rich

Porter.

According to Roc-A-Fella executives, the movie

was shot on an $8 million dollar budget and while the authenticity of the scenes

of Harlem do not raise suspicion, the movie was actually shot in Canada. Canada

is starting to rival Hollywood in the amount of productions that are taking

place.

Representatives of Roc-A-Fella told AllHipHop.com

that the movie would be released nationwide, opening on over 1,000 screens October

25. Roc-A-Fella films is also finishing up production on "Death Of A Dynasty,"

a comedy which is based on the exploits of Jay-Z and Damon Dash in the music

industry.
