Cardi B Says Photographer Refusing To Hand Over Proof Her Security Beat Him Up

The Bronx rapper’s lawyers are asking a judge to throw out a lawsuit claiming Cardi and Offset ordered their security guards to assault him.

(AllHipHop News) Offset and Cardi B remain tangled Up in a lawsuit after the couple’s security guards beat up a photographer after the Met Gala.

Cardi’s lawyers claim a guy named Giovanni Arnold is refusing to turn over medical documents related to injuries he suffered after he was beaten up by Offset’s security guards.

The legal nightmare for the superstar rappers started in May 2018 as they were leaving an afterparty for the Met Gala at The Mark Hotel in New York.

That is when a then-pregnant Cardi B and Offset were approached by Giovanni Arnold, who tried to get their autographs.

Offset supposedly ordered his security guards to attack Arnold who claims he suffered face, neck, back, and body injuries from the beating.

Arnold sued both rappers for unspecified damages.

Cardi’s lawyers claim Arnold is refusing to hand over therapy bills or doctor bills along with a list of alleged witnesses to the attack.

They are repeating their demand to have the lawsuit thrown out against their client since she had nothing to do with the brawl.
