Fort Meyers, Florida rapper Plies dropped three brand new singles over the weekend, including one that addresses recent criticism of the rapper.

Plies released the singles “Awesome,” “Chirpin’” and “Letter” as part of the “Three Headed Monster” promotion, in which the rapper tackles three subjects.

Big Gates, Plies brother/manager and CEO of Big Gates Records told AllHipHop.com that Plies wanted to creatively address each topic.

“He wanted to cover three different aspects of the game,” Big Gates told AllHipHop.com. “One being the industry, two being the club and three being the streets. So the ‘Three Headed Monster’ concept meant that we were serious about addressing these three aspects of the game.”

Plies’ tracks, including “Letter” come after the rapper was scrutinized by a variety of artists earlier this month, including Jamie Foxx and DJ K-Slay, who accused the rapper of failing to appear in a video from his upcoming album More Than Just a DJ.

Several lines appear to be directed at DJ Kay Slay, who claimed Plies refused to be featured in the video for “Blockstars,” resulting in Kay Slay’s album being delayed.

Everybody want favors/ who you n***as f**king kidding/my brother went to prison/and now you n***as f**king visit/A n***a want me on his album/take care of f**king business/Paper work artists splits/That’s how you know the business finished/

Later in the song Plies addressed Kay Slay’s claims that the Florida rapper refused to come to New York to shoot the video unless he was escorted by security and uniformed NYPD officers.

Plies must be scared keeping security with him/Security aint for you n***a/My security for these b***hes/A million dollar n***a/Ya $30 dollar d**khead/N***a I was toting choppers/when n***as was riding 20’s/

The three brand new tracks come as Plies makes plans to shoot a video to his single “Medicine,” featuring Keri Hilson.

The video will be shot next week on location in New York.
