Timbaland Purchases Massive New Mansion

(AllHipHop News) Timbaland deserves to live his best life since he is going down in history as one of the most legendary producers to ever do it.

Timbo just splashed on a new crib — a mansion in Coral Gables retailing for $7.9 million.

The Virginia native is best known for creating hits for everyone, ranging from Aaliyah and Missy Elliott to Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake.

According to The Miami Herald, the 47-year-old purchased another house to add to his collection of Miami residential properties.

The new crib has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms over an 8,600-square-foot spread, located at 5400 Hammock Drive, in the Coral Gables gated community of Hammock Lakes.

The property was initially listed in May with an initial asking price of $8.6 million.

Back in January 2018, Timbaland purchased 3 units at the 53-story luxury condo tower Aria on the Bay, for $8 million.

Timbaland also owns a 7-bedroom mansion in Florida which he purchased back in 2004 for $3.5 million.

In February, Timbaland sold one of his properties at a loss, just to get out of a battle with a squatter who tried to take over the property.

He is not playing when it comes to these cribs!
