Jay-Z’s ‘4:44’ Predicted To Lead The Album Chart For 2nd Week

(AllHipHop News) JAY-Z earned the 14th #1 album of his career when 4:44 debuted in the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

According to HitsDailyDouble, the New Yorker’s 13th solo studio LP is predicted to remain in the pole position for the second week.

 

 

JAY becomes the fifth Hip Hop artist to occupy the #1 slot for more than one week in 2017.

DJ Khaled’s Grateful spent the last two weeks at #1.

Future was a chart topper back-to-back weeks with FUTURE and HNDRXX.

Drake’s More Life spent three weeks in the top spot, and Kendrick Lamar’s DAMN led the chart for three weeks as well.

French Montana’s new project, Jungle Rules, looks to be headed to a Top 3 opening.

The Bad Boy/Epic release is expected to collect 45,000 – 50,000 sales plus streaming units (13,000 – 18,000 traditional albums).
