“Kanye A### Playlist” Becomes A Top Trending Topic

Just when you thought the Kanye West vs. Amber Rose & Wiz Khalifa beef had died down, Twitter took it from memes to a wild playlist, #KanyeAnalPlaylist. What’s funny is, Amber Rose could’ve been lying, but it’s more entertaining because people believe that it’s true either way. #KanyeAnalPlaylist rose to the top trend on Twitter. It all started when Amber Rose jumped in to check Kanye by tweeting,

““Aww @KanyeWest are you mad I’m not around to play with your a**hole anymore?”

Although Kanye denied the claims, Twitter had a field day! The playlists span all genres too. Did Ye get bodied by a stripper?

Does Rick Ross Have His Own Group Of Sister Wives?

Photo via Rick Ross’ Instagram

It appears that the biggest boss, Rick Ross, may have a gang of sister wives! Last night Ricky Rozay celebrated his 40th birthday party at his Atlanta-area mansion. What caught a few people’s attention was the fact that his ex-girlfriend, Shateria, and one of his rumored new boos, Court, had on the exact same dress! How Sway?! Could Rick have picked the dresses out for them? Lira’s invitation must’ve gotten lost in the mail. She posted a video on her Instagram that seemed to throw a little shade at Ross and the entire situation. Ross’ other rumored boo @sk_rawberry, commented saying,

“He love us all the same.”

Hey if it works for them, it works for us. LOL. Rozay just turned 40 and apparently he’s winning in this situation.

The Academy To ‘Straight Outta Compton Cast’: Talk To Universal!

(AllHipHop News) Earlier today (Jan. 29), the controversy concerning the majority of the Straight Outta Compton cast not receiving invites to the ceremony was addressed by the Motion Picture Academy. Even the film’s producers, Ice Cube and Dr. Dre, did not secure an invitation.  Ice Cube has vehemently spoken about the oversight.

[ALSO READ: Ice Cube Responds To ‘Straight Outta Compton’ Oscar Snub: “We Ain’t Worried About It!”]

Only four nominated writers from the N.W.A. were to be included to the upcoming Oscars. So today, the Academy offered its matter-of-fact response. “The Academy invites the nominees only, and each studio gets a limited ticket allotment, based on the number of nominated films, to use at their discretion. It has been this way for decades,” was the statement revealed to People.

Interestingly enough, Alan Wenkus, S. Leigh Savidge, Jonathan Herman, and Andrea Berloff –who got the coveted invitations are white. So according to the Academy, any angst should be directed towards the film’s distribution company, Universal Pictures.

Is this an instance of #OscarSoWhite or #UniversalSoWhite?

Wendy Williams Goes In On Kanye West!

Every time Kanye West goes in about his ex, Amber Rose, being a former stripper, people raise their eyebrows because his wife, Kim Kardashian’s past isn’t squeaky clean. Most consider her flick with Ray J, to be p###, thus making her a former p### star. Talk show host, Wendy Williams, is known for letting any and everyone have it, so she wasted no time going in on Ye! Wendy stated,

“You are the one that gave this stripper her come up, and by the way we recall meeting your wife on her back.”

Ouch! Does she have a point?

Free Max B (The Petition) And Fake Internet Outrage

(AllHipHop Editorial) In the last few days there’s been a flurry of different people arguing on the Internet in the hip hop world. It all started when Kanye West decided to change the name of his forthcoming album from Swish to Waves. At this point the Internet and Twittersphere turned on Kanye. To most people this might not make sense at all, but it is all centered around a NY rapper named Max B.

Charly Wingate, also known as Max B, is a hip hop artist from Harlem, New York. Back in 2006 he signed a deal with another fellow Harlem rapper named Jim Jones to his label ByrdGang. The two met through Max’s childhood friend Cam’ron, who was part of The Diplomats with Jim Jones at the time. It was a short lived relationship because in 2008 the two had already split ways in an angry feud. Allegedly Max B was getting paid pennies on the dollar of what he thought he deserved significant compensation for.

Max B is best known for two separate series of mixtapes. One titled Public Domain and the other Million Dollar Baby, both of which you can download for free on DatPiff. One of the things he is most well known for is creating the term “wavy”, and bringing it into popular culture as a slang word. According to Urban Dictionary, “wavy” is a futuristic way of describing something positive. And it is also a word attributed to Max B. He is also well known for a collaborative mixtape series called Coke Wave. On the series he worked with fellow NY rapper French Montana who signed to Diddy’s Bad Boy Records some time back.

In mid 2009 things took a turn for the worse for Max B. He was sentenced to 75 years in prison for conspiracy charges for a variety of crimes. He was not at the site of the crimes, but was still charged on 9 of 11 counts. To this day he remains in jail, and is not set to have a parole hearing until 2042. There have been issues surrounding the case including testimony of Gina Conway.

What is troubling about this whole situation is how people have reacted. The Internet is upset about Kanye West stealing a term from Max B, but their Internet outrage is as far as it goes. People love to be keyboard warriors on social media, but are not willing to do anything more. Sometimes that little thing could be as easy as signing a petition on the Internet. And that petition could help who these people on the Internet went to bat for with their tweets. Well, there is a petition available that anyone can sign here to help. At the time of writing this only 1,043 people have signed it. If this gets to 100,000 signatures then the White House and Barack Obama will take a look at it. So take a few minutes out of your day to sign this, and then tweet it out too. Because if you are upset Kanye West is using a term this man invented then you should also be upset about a harsh, cruel, and unlawful prison sentence.

EXCLUSIVE: Actor/Rapper Tray Chaney Talks Starring In ‘Streets’ With Meek Mill

It has been four years since the Meek Mill led film Streets was released on BET, but it was not until the movie was recently added to Netflix that it started to build a serious buzz among urban drama fans. Besides Meek, the Jamal Hill directed flick also featured appearances by Philadelphia area Hip Hop figures Omillio Sparks, Gillie Da Kid, and Jahlil Beats.

Another rapper listed in the credits for Streets is Maryland based entertainer Tray Chaney. While he first gained national attention as Poot on HBO’s classic series The Wire, Chaney has since stepped into the rap realm with singles such as “Dedicated Father,” “Time,” and “I Want To.”

Tray Chaney connected with AllHipHop.com to discuss his turn as Meek Mill’s nemesis Troy in Streets. He provides hints on what other projects are on the horizon as well.

How did you get involved with Streets?

The writer Jamal Hill and the producers Todd Wolfe and Charlie Mack are very good friends of mine, and they were also big fans of The Wire. So when the opportunity was presented to portray the character Troy in the film Streets, I was all for it. I auditioned for the role and landed it on the spot. Philadelphia was always like a second home to me, so it was all love.

Are you surprised by the recent attention on the movie?

The only reason I’m not surprised is because Meek Mill is a huge star and the storyline is dope! Social media is bigger than what it was when we shot the film, and the movie really paints a good picture. Plus Netflix is such a huge platform for the film to be seen. When you have all that attached, of course it’s going to get that attention it needs.

You played a drug dealer on The Wire. But besides the incident with Wallace, your character was not very violent or aggressive. What was it like playing a violent villain in Streets?

I had fun playing the character. I mean, just think, I went from Poot – a low-level drug dealer on The Wire – to Troy, a boss who runs things on Streets. The scene where I slap the dude for talking crazy is classic.

What was it like working with Meek Mill on the film?

Meek was very professional, and the dude is a really good actor.

Meek Mill In 'Streets'
Meek Mill In ‘Streets’

Because of the connection with Philadelphia area rappers, there have been some comparisons made between Streets and State Property. What are your thoughts on that comparison?

The only comparison is both films had my brother Omillio Sparks in them. [laughs] Both of the films are very different. State Property was definitely during the time of the whole Roc-A-Fella era, and to see all those guys on screen showing that they could handle those lines was amazing.

Streets was definitely different because Meek Mill was on the come up and it was more story driven by tackling a lot of different scenarios. I’m just glad I was able to witness the success of State Property and be part of Streets as an actor.

There’s been talk a sequel is in the works. Have you heard anything about a Streets 2?

No, not at this time.

Do you still keep in touch with any of the Hip Hop stars from the movie like Meek, Jahlil Beats, Omillio Sparks, or Gillie Da Kid?

Gillie Da Kid is the big homie. He is definitely my OG. Anytime I reach out I get a response. Even though everyone is busy, he will take the time to reach back out. Omillio is my dude. We just spoke the other day, and we’re working together on some stuff. Meek and Jahlil are just crazy busy. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen or spoke to them, but I’m sure if we see each other it would be all love. They always gave off good energy.

Tray Chaney + Gillie Da Kid
Tray Chaney (Troy) + Gillie Da Kid (Ceasar)

As an actor, what are your thoughts on the Academy Awards diversity controversy?

I truly feel we have to just keep pushing and continue doing and becoming doers of the work. The crazy thing is deep down inside the Academy knows how much this is a slap in the face. It’s sort of like someone trying to bully you, but we can’t break. We have to continue to push forward and create our own opportunities. We are all kings and queens!

You’ve done a movie with Meek Mill, and you appeared on The Wire along with Method Man. If you could do a movie or TV show with any other rapper at the moment, who would you pick and why?

Real talk, I want to do a film with Wale. I feel me and Wale could really bring some dope art to the TV or movie screen. Just seeing how Wale conducts interviews, how he will spazz at times, brings me to the conclusion it’s something special about this dude. And me being an actor, I know what acting could do for slim. Being able to transform into other characters is therapeutic. So Wale get at me!

What are you currently working on?

I’m working on more music. I have a project called The Barrel I’m filming in DC, and I just got cast for a huge TV show project in Atlanta. I can’t reveal it until a later date but filming has already started, and AllHipHop will be the first to know.

Iggy Azalea Talks Macklemore’s “White Privilege II” & The Idea Of Cultural Appropriation (VIDEO)

(AllHipHop News) Macklemore used his latest single “White Privilege II” to address some serious social issues such as racism, police brutality, and white supremacy. However, many news outlets ran stories claiming the Seattle rhymer “dissed” other white performers Miley Cyrus and Iggy Azalea.

While Macklemore’s particular bars mentioning Iggy were in the context of him questioning his own role in cultural appropriation, Iggy posted a tweet that read, “He shouldn’t have spent the last three yrs having friendly [conversations] and taking pictures together at events, etc, if those were his feelings.”

TMZ caught up with the Australia native to get her thoughts on what Macklemore had to say on “White Privilege II.” Iggy revealed there were some topics brought up on the song she did agree with but rejected the parts directly referring to her.

“Is there anything in his song that you agree with?” asked the cameraman.

“Of course,” replied Iggy.

The photog followed up with another question, “What do you agree with in Macklemore’s song?”

“Not the bad stuff about me,” said Iggy.

The conversation later turned to the subject of cultural appropriation. The “Fancy” performer addressed the idea of artists taking aspects of other people’s culture and incorporating it into their own music.

“I think all culture takes from all culture,” said Iggy. “We’re so global now, I think it’s impossible for everybody not to take influence from everybody.”

Amber Rose Talks Kanye West Blasting Her On “No More Parties In L.A.” Song (AUDIO)

(AllHipHop News) In the midst of her Twitter beef with ex-boyfriend Kanye West, Amber Rose stopped by the Allegedly podcast. Previews of the show had already gone viral online, but the full interview has now been released.

During the sit down, Rose discussed facing criticism from social media users, the joys of motherhood, and her time as stripper. But of course hosts Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss asked her about the recent back-and-forth with Kanye.

[ALSO READ: Amber Rose Responds To Kanye West Calling Her Out During His Rant Against Wiz Khalifa]

“The crazy thing is he came out with a song like last week saying I had my son for a meal ticket, and I didn’t even say anything. I was just like, ‘Man, he’s a cornball. I’m not saying sh*t,'” stated Rose. “Then he gets on the internet today and says, ‘A stripper trapped you Wiz.’ But you took me around the world. We dated for like two years, but you’re talking sh*t about Wiz and my baby. My baby was made from love.”

The song Rose was referring to is Kanye’s recent release “No More Parties In L.A.” featuring Kendrick Lamar. On the song Ye rapped:

For all my n*ggas with babies by b*tches
That use they kids as meal tickets
Not knowing the disconnect from the father
The next generation will be the real victims
I can’t fault ’em really
I remember Amber told my boy no matter what happens she ain’t going back to Philly

Kanye then commented on Amber’s son again during his Twitter rant earlier this week. He wrote, “I know you [Wiz] mad every time you look at your child that this girl got you for 18 years.”

Rose’s response was an accusation that Ye enjoyed a### sex play. She posted on Twitter, “[Kanye West] you mad I’m not around to play in your *sshole anymore?” When questioned if the remarks were based on truth, Amber just explained why she chose to use that particular statement as a shot at her ex.

“Listen don’t talk about my kid. That’s all I got to say. Just don’t talk about my baby,” stated Rose. “I wouldn’t have said anything if it was just between him and Wiz. That’s two grown men hashing it out. That’s their business. I would have kept it cute and just minded my business. But you don’t bring in my baby. And that’s the second time you did it this week.”

“Jesus Walks” with Kim & Amber!

*Kanye West deserves Charlamange’s “Donkey of the Day” for putting Wiz’s kid in this fuckery over biting Max B’s “Wave” for his next album title. Can somebody please tell Kanye that he doesn’t have a copywriter or a patent on the letter “KK?” Furthermore, whatever Kanye has to say about Amber Rose, at least we didn’t see a dick in her mouf! NOW!

Sorry! This editorial is not an attack on Kim Kardashian or Amber Rose. Unlike many of you that would call Kim a “w####” for making a sex tape with Ray J and capitalizing off of it—I think it was a grand move of epic proportions for Kim to set herself up for life—financially speaking—Or Amber being a stripper at age 14 and both of them “Breaking the Internet” with their beautiful, bootylicious bods—they ain’t got s### to be ashamed of! (And if you’re worried about how they will explain this to their child/ren one day, I say, “F###’em!” as they pull those silver spoons out of their moufs that “whoredom” provided them. And besides that, the lil nigglets will have done enough childhood & adult dirt that will prolly pale in comparison to Mama K & Mama A.)

If you have a problem with nudity, you have a problem with God! For God made a naked male & female and said it was, “Very good” (Genesis 1:31). Don’t get uptight when Kim & Amber break these Internetz with all that azz! Get mad that you have been brainwashed by Judeo-Christian coonery, which has ascribed “nasty,” “dirty,” and “shameful” to God’s beautifully sculptured creation, the human body! Where you see “w####,” I see God!

I don’t buy into this “woman-as-w####-man-as-stud” b/s based on how many sex partners a person has had. The demonizing of women who’ve had many sex partners is a sexist, male-chauvinistic ideology, which can be dated back to that pseudo-sacred piece of paper that has been the foundation for keeping women under foot—da Bible! Moreover, the only way we know about the very few men that Kim & Amber have dated—Reggie Bush, Ray J, Chris Humphries, Kanye & Wiz Khalifa is because they are famous public figures.

Man or woman reading this editorial—how many people have you sexed dated? How many no-name, insignificant, irrelevant people have you had one night stands with, two month sex rumps with? How much p#### eating c##########, dick sucking f####### and f###### coitus have you had? Dare I say that you might be more of a “w####” than Kim & Amber? The nerve of humans to think that f###### famous men for money (or not) is an egregious use of the temple (body), but a life-time of jumping in and out of men’s beds in the pursuit of the “Holy Grail of Relationships”—marriage—is an honorable thingy! (F.O.H.!) Kim Kardashian and Amber Rose, you’re all right with me! Keep breaking the Internet!

But Kim’s husband?

Kanye West is up to his shenanigans again; this time, throwing the black woman (in this case, Amber Rose) under the proverbial bus, in favor of the American standard of beauty, the white woman (Kim Kardashian). You can argue that Amber Rose isn’t black and Kim K. isn’t white, but racist America has already placed these women in their prospective racial boxes. Amber Rose is ours black people and Kim K. belongs to that other race.

Now! If you were under a hip-hop rock and missed Kanye’s stupidity, this is what he said on New York radio Power 105’s “The Breakfast Club” about his former girlfriend Amber Rose in defending his wife, Kim Kardashian: “If Kim dated me when I first wanted to be with her, there wouldn’t be a Amber Rose.” Ye went on to say, “It’s very hard for a woman to want to be with someone who was with Amber Rose.” And then Kanye went in for the kill saying, “I had to take thirty [30] showers before I got with Kim.” Capping off his fuckery with, “I just want to be respectful” (towards Amber). Negro please! I hope Wiz slaps the dog-s### out of Kanye!

Was Amber Rose dirty when you were “shooting her club up?” Only b####-de-fied n##### hate on what they used to love!

Well n####, you weren’t respectful, so I shall “go-in” on you with all the disrespect I can muster up and I hope you feel some type-of-way and wanna address me! I’m about to give you some bible-learnin’ and show you that “Jesus Walks” with your wife and your ex-girl!

What kind of man watches a video of a woman sucking, f###### and swallowing another man’s load and desires to date, yea, marry that woman? Kanye West! Of all the women that Kanye could’ve had, he chose to marry the one that I—and millions of others have seen naked—up close and personal doing the nasty! Sigmund Freud would have a field-day deconstructing the mind-set of such a person, prolly concluding that it is not the woman he desires, but rather the man with the big dick elongated phallus that is the object of his affection and lust—”Projected Homosexuality” with underlying “Penis Envy”, if you will.

Like really. Most of us men are in relationships with women who were no virgins. The reality is that she’s sucked a dick or two or three or four or ten before we came on the scene, but because we’ve never seen the evidence, we can dismiss it from our minds. Kanye, on the other hand, has to see Ray J’s big dick every time he looks at Kim’s lips and va-jay-jay. That’s just what it is; no matter how he tries to feign like she’s been sitting on some pedestal of white womanhood. Kim is tainted, (sexually) dirty, and used—just as Amber and the rest of us are! How dare Kanye try to put white Kim on a sexually unblemished mantle—and, at the same time, destroy a black woman’s right to be a sexual creature!

And for Kanye to say that he had to take a Calgon bath “thirty times” before sexing Kim after being with Amber is ludacrisp! We all know Ray J has had a bevy of women at his disposal! How many times did Kim have to brush her teeth before Kanye wanted to smooch her? (Or was Freud right? Kanye desired to taste Ray J through Kim’s lips?) I’m so disrespectful!

Kanye likes to talk that “class, religion & race” ish, which separates humanity. Indeed they do, but he is a purveyor of that which he hates. The very fact that he’s chosen to date two women of (a higher) class & stature (Kim & Amber) proves that he is bitten by the class bug. What happened to that chick in Chicago you were banging when you were a nobody up-n-coming producer? That brown-skinned sista who held you down when you were eating Top Ramen?

Do you want some reality Mr. West? It is through the so-called “w####” that salvation is brought to humanity! Study mythology! Study religion! The so-called w#### has always stood beside greatness and great men—from Samson & Delilah to Ahab & Jezebel to David & Bathsheba to Jesus & Mary Magdalene (one of 3 “Marys” in the New Testament who was falsely accused of being a prostitute by the Roman Church under Pope Gregory c.540-604, thus the label stuck to her back) right on down to Kennedy & Marilyn Monroe and Clinton & Monica Lewinsky. The “w####” has always been an integral part of the scene. Toni Morrison’s book, “Sula” is a classic example of the “Archetypal W####” bringing salvation to the townspeople—giving people a reason to live, much like Kim & Amber give you Internet trolls a reason to live. In this same vein, Kim Kardashian & Amber Rose become hip-hop’s unrepentant “Archetypal W#####” (in y’all’s eye) who live the lifestyles of the “rich & shameless,” while breaking Internetz. These women give you reason to live! These women make you feel morally superior!

“Jesus Walks” because of the w####! What do I mean? If it had not been for those women in history, which the “w####” label fell upon, there would be no Jesus! Don’t give me your perverted view that Jesus came from an untouched *virgin! (Virgin, in Hebrew is “Betula,” yet the biblical writers used “Almah,” which simply means “young girl, but not necessarily a virgin.” Say word? Word!) The books in the Bible—St. Matthew & St. Luke clearly designates a birth-line genealogy to Jesus. And then scholars jumped all over Matthew & Luke’s genealogy, pointing out that at least four of Jesus’ female relatives fit the “Archetypal W####”— Tamar, Rahab, Ruth and Bathsheba. They wrote things like, “One oddity about the genealogy [is] …there is something questionable or even scandalous about the SEXUAL ACTIVITIES of each of these women…[the book of] Matthew might have been pointing out that God can use unusual means and imperfect persons to accomplish God’s plans” (Introduction to the Bible, Beasley et al. p.367).

The noted mythologist, Gerald Massey includes the Virgin Mary in the “Archetypal W####” category writing, “The virgin [Mary] was also called the harlot [w####], because she represented the pre-monogamic stage of intercourse; she descended from four forms of the harlot—Tamar, Rahab, Ruth and Bathsheba” (Gerald Massey’s Lectures, p.5).

Indeed, Jesus sprang from 42 generations of w##### and you wonder why he allowed prostitutes in his company? If you don’t know, now you know!

Again! “Jesus walks” with Kim & Amber! They are your new-jack, 21st century Tamar, Rahab, Ruth & Bathsheba! Through their wombs may come a savior-son or a savior-daughter—someone who may shape or change the course of human history! This is what Kanye, in all of his “Jesus Walks” and Amber-bashing fails to realize! This is what many of you fail to realize in calling out Kim & Amber with your pseudo-righteous indignation and morally bankrupt spiritual & religious awareness.

Writing songs about Jesus and all is cool, but if Kanye really knew his Bible he’d know that no amount of bathing—not 30, 40, or 100 baths could wash himself clean of Amber Rose! Instead of letting Kim convince him of his filthiness for having sexed Amber, he should have been the teacher that he espouses to be and tell that chick (Kim) what the good books says in Isaiah 64:6—“But we are all as an unclean thing and all of our righteousness are as filthy rags.”

To Amber Rose. If you’re reading this, know that you are a beautiful black woman, deserving of respect. You are God’s daughter! He/She/It has Her hands firmly around you. You are not dirty and you are not whorish! Kanye is just stuck in his male-chauvinistic, paternalistic understanding of the Divine (God). Like most men, Kanye cannot handle your free-spirited sexuality. As dirty as he thinks you may be, his hit song, “Jesus Walks,” yea, that whole album, “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” was inspired on your watch! You brought greatness out of him! Hold ya head high ma!

Kanye said it himself in his song, “Jesus Walks”—“To the hustlers, killers and murderers, drug dealers—even strippers (Jesus walks with them).” Well Kanye, I’ll do you one better! Not only does “Jesus walk” with them, Jesus says, “…verily [truly] I say unto you, that the publicans [hustlers, killers, murderers & drug dealers] and the harlots [strippers & prostitutes] go into the kingdom of God before you” (Matthew 21:31).

What shalt thou say now Mr. West? Between you and Wiz Khalifa, three children have been birthed from women that fit the “Archetypal W#####” in history. You can’t wash that away! Only pray that they change the world. May “Jesus walk” with them. Selah.
