Welcome to a new day and a new opportunity to do it better! Today’s Daily Word is dedicated to Hard Work! It is a fact that in today’s world, there are many talented people living who are extremely unsuccessful! They have mastered their craft, and truth be told, no one can do it better…. Yet these folks continue to live mediocre lives!

Unfortunately, they believe what most unsuccessful people believe…. that talent alone will get you to your destination! The honest truth is that talent is a small percentage of success! Your thoughts and subsequent actions, including drive, commitment, and hard work, are the key ingredients. Talent creates longevity, but is not necessary to get ahead in life!

Stop being egotistical by thinking that because you have a talent, success should just come! Put in the work!! You will get out of life what you put in… You put in nothing then you will receive nothing! It’s really simple math! Effective immediately, I need you to always strive to do more than you did the day before! Vow to not become part of the unsuccessful talent! Commit to live beyond mediocre, and begin immediately getting what you deserve out of life! The World is Yours! Only You Can Stop You!!!

In somewhat related news, Jay-Z is also getting his commercial on in a new ad for RocaWear, “From Marcy to the Barclay”. In the new spot, Jay-Z explains how he challenges himself and attain new goals. In the spot, Jay explains:

“My goal was to have one gold album and that was it. And then it became, I want to show that an artist can ascend to the executive ranks.” Ultimately it has been Jay-Z’s ability to inspire his customers that has afforded Rocawear over 10 years as the number one brand in its’ space. Carter continues, “Rocawear just keeps reinventing itself and redefining itself every single day.”
