“Los Angeles Canna-Pros The Cure Company Aim for the Stars with New Expansion Plan”

Earlier this year, a documentary film celebrating and explaining the creation of the business

The canna-pros at The Cure Company have officially announced their plans for expansion working into the new year. The leading L.A. cannabis company has the vision to take its products across the country.

As a prominent producer of unique blends, both medicinal and recreational, The Cure Company worked closely with rapper Nipsey Hussle to cultivate the strain Marathon O.G., named after a series of classic mixtapes delivered by the rapper.

Earlier this year, a documentary film celebrating and explaining the creation of the business, The Marathon (Cultivation), was released on Youtube. A concept led by Nipsey’s older brother, Samiel Asghedom (a.k.a. Blacc Sam).

“We were meeting a lot of people every day, and he was really somebody from the community that I did want to meet. He came in and was one of the nicest guys I ever met… He wanted to do something with cannabis, so we asked him to see if he would promote having people come down to our store in that day; it was called Downtown Patient Groups. In like three days, he had a line down the block.” said Cure company CEO Patrick Stad.

“Once I realized how much effect he had on the local market, I was really interested in doing business with him,” he added. The Cure Company has operated in multiple state-of-the-art cultivation facilities throughout the Los Angeles area since its start in 1996.

They plan on building parallel existence in different cities and on the opposite coast with new facilities in Lynwood, Commerce, and Nevada.

Currently, the crew is venturing its takeoff in Massachusetts with three new locations, including two retail spaces and one cultivation facility. The cultivation facility located in Orange, MA measures about 100,010 sq ft.
