Beanie Sigel has show slight improvement but remains in a precarious position after being shot last week.
The rapper remains on a ventilator and continues to be in the intensive care unit. Furthermore, the rapper has been able to respond by nodding his head, which indicates strongly that there has been no loss in brain function.
Beanie has been unable to speak to investigators in the case, but police maintain that other family members have been reluctant to talk to authorities.
Police also revealed that the rapper was not the intended target of the shooting, that occurred in Pleasantville, NJ.
