Big Sean’s Sean Anderson Foundation To Distribute Food For All-Star Thanksgiving Giveback

Gary Payton, Tommy “Hitman” Hearns, Sada Baby, and others are scheduled to join the G.O.O.D Music rap star in River Rouge, Michigan.

(AllHipHop News) Sean “Big Sean” Anderson is not just a popular Hip Hop artist. He is also a philanthropist that supports his hometown of Detroit through various charitable endeavors.

Today (November 26), the Sean Anderson Foundation is participating in the Annual All-Star Giveback: Thanksgiving Edition for the seventh consecutive year. The nonprofit organization plans to distribute turkeys, canned goods, and holiday meal trimmings to over 5,000 Detroit families at River Rouge High School.

The 21st Annual All-Star Giveback: Thanksgiving Edition is being hosted by Tarence Wheeler. NBA Hall of Famer Gary Payton, Hall of Fame Boxer Tommy “Hitman” Hearns, rapper Sada Baby, actress Leah Jeffries, and other public figures are expected to attend the food drive. 

In August, the Sean Anderson Foundation presented the second annual D.O.N. Weekend 2019. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern Michigan to unveil a new Content & Production Studio in the Dauch Campus Boys & Girls Club. D.O.N. Weekend also presented a block party and a Mental Health Awareness panel.
