Kodak Black Settles Lawsuit Against His First Record Label

THE “TUNNEL VISION” RAPPER IS READY TO MOVE ON FROM DOLLAZ N DEALZ ENTERTAINMENT

(AllHipHop News) Kodak Black was involved in a legal battle with the first record label he signed to at 16.

After suing Dollaz N Dealz Entertainment for breach of contract in December, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper settled the lawsuit out of court, according to Bossip.

Kodak accused the company of not properly handling his finances and not having the required Florida state talent agency license.

The suit also noted that Dollaz N Dealz head AC Julien’s incarceration has prevented the CEO from conducting management and recording services for his artist.

Kodak is currently behind bars as well.

The South Florida native was sent back to jail in February for allegedly violating his probation.

At the moment, he is still under contract with Atlantic Records.

It is not clear if Kodak is still officially associated with Dollaz N Dealz Entertainment.
