(AllHipHop News) In an interview with Rolling Stone rap star Snoop Dogg revealed that the title of his latest release Coolaid was inspired by Beyonce’s#### album Lemonade.
“I watched Lemonade and was like, “damn. The music is dope, and the visuals are fly as f##k. But I don’t drink lemonade; I drink Kool-Aid,” explained Snoop.
“So I decided to call my s##t Coolaid, since I brought so much flavor to the game, and I’m what they consider one of the coolest m#therf##kers in hip-hop and life in general. I made a visual album too,” the rapper continued.
The Doggfather’s latest project Coolaid debuted at number 40 on the Billboard 200, with 11,000 album-equivalent units.
