RCA’s resident lady-on-the come-up these days is California’s Elle Varner. Now transported to the Big Apple, the NYU talent’s “Refill” is a bonafide radio hit, and she’s back with a new single.

Take a listen to her latest – “I Don’t Care” – off her forthcoming Perfectly Imperfect album.
