EXCLUSIVE: Juvenile Comments On B.G.’s Legal Situation

(AllHipHop News) Former Cash Money Records rapper Juvenile commented on the legal situation facing his former label mate, B.G.

B.G., born Christopher Dorsey, was sentenced to 14 years in prison yesterday (July 18) for weapons violation, obstruction of justice and witness tampering.

Juvenile commented on B.G.’s legal situation during a recent interview with AllHipHop.com.

“I don’t feel good about it. It’s one of those situations where you get sick in your stomach,” Juvenile told AllHipHop.com. “I wish nothing but good things for him and his family, his kids, because you don’t want to see nobody go get locked up that long and be away from their family.

Juvenile was a member of The Hot Boys with B.G., Lil Wayne and Turk.

As The Hot Boys, the group released albums like x y and z, before disbanding in 2001.

Juvenile, Lil Wayne, B.G. and Turk have all had issues with the criminal system throughout the years, but it was Turk, Lil Wayne and B.G. who have had the most serious encounters.

Today’s ruling means that B.G. will not be released from prison until 2025, assuming he serves 85% of his federal prison sentence.

After his own series of legal issues, Juvenile told AllHipHop.com that he has matured throughout the years and often warns his fans of the consequences of engaging in illegal activities.

“I try to tell all the youngsters out there man, if you want to be gangster and go out there and thug-out and go out there and do certain things, just know there’s consequences,” Juvenile told AllHipHop.com. “It was a situation where it shouldn’t have happened; I wish it would have never happened. I wish he never would have got pulled over or whatever, but it happened. I just wish and am hoping that all you other cats out there take heed to that and don’t make the same mistake.”

Really guy? Really? Three albums that you can copy and past the names of with the help of google. I didnt even listen to these guys and I did a 5 second search and could have done your job.

Chuck, make sure your people are doing what you pay them to do.

I think the dude had the X, Y & Z as space holders until he finds the titles but forgot to follow through. You are right, they need to do better.

all that influence, all of that street crediblity, his entire life he struggled even when he made millions of dollars, he felt in order to be true to himself he had to stay in the same place he started out in… just goes to show that those of us who are blessed to make it out have a plan have a set of goals to reach in order to keep yourself from getting clipped, i can’t even feel sorry for him because he was gettin it how he lived he was true to himself no matter how idiotic his intentions were. rick ross can’t say the same thing, young jeezy can’t say the same thing, lil wayne can’t even say the same thing, i guess it’s true what they say the greener the grass the higher the water bill.

B.G., Juvenile, and Wayne shoulda just recorded a shit load of songs and let Turk fill in his parts of the songs when he touch down. Maybe at least we would have some classic music to bump cause live shows or out da question.

Definition of “keeping it real” gone wrong.

    Ah well, one less criminal.

  • sakiru oresanwo

Did Juvenile really say “he wishes he(B.G) never got pulled over? that to me sounded wrong, should’ve been more like he wishes B.G wasnt strapped in the first place, especially when he has a criminal record

Damn this is messed up first Mac gets 30 to life, then C.Murder gets Life without parole, Turk gets 10 years , Mystikal get hit with 6 years, Lil Boosie gets hit wih 8 years, and now BG gets hit with 14 years, I thought the damn Hip Hop police was only in LA and NY they aint playin they clampin down on gangsta rappers in the south. BG was the realest out of Cash Money bar none he is a true downsouth legend 14 independent and mainstream albums deep in the game, although hel’l only do between 8-10 years his presence in the rap game will be missed for a while.
