Chance The Rapper Connects With Fans During “Ask Me Anything” On Reddit

(AllHipHop News) The buzz surrounding Chance The Rapper has reached astounding levels over the last few months. The Chicago emcee’s second mixtape, Acid Rap, is one of the best reviewed projects of 2013 holding an 86 score on metacritic.com which signifies “Universal Acclaim,” and he has secured opening spots on tours with Mac Miller and Macklemore.

Chance also became the latest artist to hold an “Ask Me Anything” session on Reddit. During the Q&A the 20-year-old shares his dream collaboration would be with fellow Chi-town native Kanye West, his favorite song of the moment is “We Ready” by Soulja Boy featuring Migos, and suggests Freakonomics by Steven Levvitt and Stephen J. Dubner as a book to check out.

It was also announced that he will be performing at XOYO in London August 26. Chance is scheduled to appear two days earlier at the Reading and Leeds Festival. Other acts participating in the 3-day English event include Eminem, Action Bronson, and A$AP Rocky.

When a Reddit user asked Chance for a random thought he took the opportunity to ask a question back about the comparison between two words that many find offensive.

“If black rappers say f*g is it okay for gay people to say n*gga?” asks Chance.
