(AllHipHop News) “Keith Murray vs. Fredro Starr” was one of the most talked about rap battles of 2015. The league that put together that viral face-off is planning another veteran-against-veteran match.
On October 8th, MC WAR Promotions and Fight Tyme will present “Bone Crusher vs. Pastor Troy” in Atlanta. The event will take place during A3C Festival weekend at an undisclosed location.
Fans can also live stream the two Georgia natives’ lyrical clash on mcwar.com. Production for the battle will be provided by Stroud of Hustle Gang.
Bone Crusher, a host on Atlanta’s BOOM 102.9, burst onto the rap scene in 2003 with the Top 40 hit “Never Scared” featuring T.I. and Killer Mike. All three rhymers recently performed the single during the Dungeon Family reunion show at ONE Musicfest.
Pastor Troy‘s 1999 debut album We Ready (I Declare War) included the southern classic “No Mo Play In G.A.” Three years later, Troy dropped the Ms. Jade-assisted “Are We Cuttin’.” His latest project, War In Atlanta, arrived in 2015.
