50 Cent is suing an automotive company that did work on his luxury cars and then posted pictures of his vehicles to promote their business. 50 claims he hired Phenomenal Vinyl, Rim Source Motorsports and Forgiato to customize his cars, and told the company not to use any images or photos of him. But the companies did just that on Instagram, and tagged him, making it appear as if he was endorsing the businesses. 50 also claims the company didn’t appreciate his objections and overcharged him for a set of $31,000 rims as retaliation.

Prince’s life will be celebrated at his Paisley Park home and recording studio complex in Minnesota on the first anniversary of his death in April (17). Family and friends are planning a four-day festival at the compound. “Celebration 2017,” which will begin on April 20, will feature performances from Prince’s bands The Revolution and 3rdEyeGirl, and longtime pal and Purple Rain co-star Morris Day. More acts will be announced in the upcoming weeks. Stevie Wonder and Chaka Khan headlined the first official Prince tribute concert following the singer’s death at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota, last month. Chaka was one of the first acts to take to the stage, and delighted the audience as she brought Stevie out to duet with her on I Feel For You – the Prince song that was a hit for Chaka back in 1984. The couple also performed one of Prince’s most beloved songs, 1999. Tori Kelly, Doug E. Fresh and Jessie J were among the other musical stars at the concert, which opened with a taped message from President Barack Obama.
(AllHipHop Rumors) HERE WE GO AGAIN!
The beef between Money Mayweather and T.I. goes back a few years. Remember in 2014, they got into a bit of a scuffle and the result – some say – was Tip getting clocked. Later on, he would show how he didn’t really get hit at all, or at least did not have any marks to show.
Here is what happened THEN.
T.I. laughed it off. Remember?
Well, Tip was laughing again with Kevin Hart and some others. It seems they had some real YAHOO fun, but T.I. posted the part of the fun where they where mentioning Floyd Mayweather’s name. Why’d he got an do that, huh?
View this post on Instagram
In his infinite clapback, Floyd posted a pick of him and Tiny (Tip’s wife) dancing. As you know, there was some speculation that Tiny and Floyd had a thing going on. Ultimately, it seemed like they were funning…not cheating.

Nevertheless, this is all over Tiny.

Clapback Season is HERE!

Executives at Pitbull’s publishing company have been sued over similarities between his hit “Timber” and a 1983 funk track.
William Underwood has filed a lawsuit against Pitbull’s publishing company claiming his 2013 hit, featuring Kesha, copies the guitar riff from “Weak at the Knees” – a song by Steve Arrington’s Hall of Fame that Underwood part owns.
Underwood is adamant Pitbull, real name Armando Christian Perez, sampled the 1983 track for the song and he wants a jury to decide on the matter.
This isn’t the first time Pitbull has been at the centre of legal action regarding “Timber.”
In 2014, songwriters Lee Oskar Levitin, Keri Oskar and Greg Errico filed a copyright infringement lawsuit over the signature harmonica hook of the song.
They claimed it was taken from their 1978 tune San Francisco Bay and they had not been properly compensated for its use. They sought $3 million in damages
(AllHipHop News) The Roots are one of the standout Hip Hop acts to emerge from the 1990’s.
In an interview with Pitchfork, the group’s drummer Questlove talked about his appreciation for the rap music from the last decade of the 20th century.
“No period of Hip Hop really contextualized and kept alive the music of the past that came before it more than 90’s Hip Hop,” said Questlove.
He added, “My dad was straight conservative, right when it came to music. He used Jazz to wipe the demons of all purple and Hip Hop away from me. After while I started hearing that stuff in the Hip Hop music I was listening to.”
Questlove went on to acknowledge producers such as Jazzy Jeff, Pete Rock, Q-Tip, Ali Shaheed Muhammad, and DJ Premier for using “the boring section of your parent’s record collection” to create new music.
“That’s the element that I miss in 1990’s Hip Hop,” stated the Questlove Supreme host.

(AllHipHop News) Rapper Drake reportedly left fans disappointed after he didn’t show up for a gig in Abu Dhabi.
The “Hotline Bling” hitmaker was reportedly paid upfront for an appearance at pop-up nightclub, VIP ROOM in the Gulf state on Saturday night (November 26).
A tweet was sent out from the official VIP ROOM Dubai Twitter account on Saturday, announcing that Drake would be making an appearance, “TODAY is THE day!! @Drake at #VIPROOMABUDHABI !!!”
However, according to British newspaper The Daily Mirror, fans waited until 5am but Drake never materialized, despite posting a picture of himself on Instagram posing in the city’s luxurious Emirates Palace hotel on last night (Novembe 27).
A source claimed to the publication: “His management had an argument with the management of Abu Dhabi pop-up nightclub VIP ROOM last night and he didn’t turn up for an appearance that he’d been paid $250,000 for.
“Fans waited until 5am for him and he never showed up,” added the source. “DJ Bliss, the most famous DJ in the Middle East, had to play all night as Drake was a no show.”
However, a representative for the event disputed allegations of an argument, and told the publication that the musician’s no-show was due to concerns over safety after larger than expected numbers of fans turned up for the “Jumpman” rapper’s appearance.
“Due to Drake’s overwhelming popularity the sheer number of people that turned up outside of VIP Room made it completely unsafe for Drake to even enter the venue in the end so he was unable to perform,” explained the representative.
On Sunday the rapper was also scheduled to host a party with on/off girlfriend Rihanna’s brother Gallest, an aspiring rapper, real name Rorrey Fenty.
Rihanna was also in the United Arab Emirates to close out the Formula 1 racing weekend with an appearance at du Arena, as part of the Yasalam post-race concert series, her only Middle East date on her Anti World Tour.
Drake’s representative declined to comment when contacted by the news outlet.

Holy Crap!
Young M.A. is still a street jawn. She talking about what happened with the promoters situation. I am glad she spoke out on this. In fact, she posted this before the nonsense went down. She really makes her case. She stated that the driver for the show was supposed to be there at 11pm but the people got there at exactly 2:48! Check it out!
Some could say she should have gotten an Uber or something. I mean, if it was me and there was 30k on the line, I would just hope an Uber or get a fan to take me. That’s me. A Nobody. Now, I don’t know where she was, but it seems like it could have been in the back wood or something and that may not be an option.
I suppose this is going to drag out over the next few days. We’ll see.
OOOUUU!

(AllHipHop Rumors) Well since we aren’t getting that Drake and Kanye West collaborative album anymore anytime soon, we may be able to set our hopes on a Drake & The Weeknd joint effort.
There hasn’t been any official word on it, but Drake did like an Instagram user’s post about the possibility. The Weeknd also dropped a hint to Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio when asked if the two would collaborate. The Weeknd replied by saying,
“Maybe. Why not? It’s cool to have both monsters work together as opposed to one monster and one little guy coming in. It’s dope, like Kanye and Jay Z, when [Watch the Throne] happened.”
The Weeknd also expressed that he and Drake have always remained close behind the scenes despite the rumors of a feud between the two allegedly fueled by Weeknd passing on signing to OVO. The Weeknd also credited the 6 God for coming in as his big brother and showing the world what he could really do musically.
Meanwhile fans have joked that it will suck for The Weeknd to have to write Drake’s lyrics and still have to call the album a collaboration. LOL.
Drake has taken to Instagram to show support for Weeknd’s new album ‘Starboy’ also. Would you be here for this collaboration?

(AllHipHop Rumors) Ummmm DMX recently had a pretty interesting rant on stage about people telling and living their truths.
During the truth rant, DMX revealed that he had never sucked a d-ck in his life. Ummmm we would like to think a heterosexual rapper hasn’t.
Perhaps Earl is exposing some of your favorite rappers or some of these music executive/industry cats. He could even be saying that he’s not about that kissing a-s or doing anything to get on or make it life either.
We’ve all heard some pretty interesting stories about the alleged sexual escapades of your favorite rappers and favorite executives. DMX sounds like he has heard, seen, or knows quite a deal about the industry since he came onto the scene in the 90s.
Who do you think DMX had in mind when he made this statement?
The ink on Moneybagg Yo’s deal with Yo Gotti’s CMG is still drying, but the two Memphis rappers aren’t wasting anytime and link up for their new song “Facts.”

(AllHipHop Rumors) Uh oh! While things have been looking pretty good for Gucci Mane post his release from prison, everyone in the rapper’s past isn’t happy for him.
One of Gucci longtime friends, Mojo, has taken to Instagram to threaten to reveal an alleged gay secret on the rapper.
Gucci’s former friend claims to have a damaging 30 minute video he plans to leak on Guwop. The friend-turned-foe even claims other rappers are in the footage.
Perhaps this former friend is bitter because Gucci Mane is now doing bigger and better than ever.
Mojo is big mad and says f-ck a friendship, as he claims he was the only person that was there to help Gucci when he was down and out. He even says that he “was there” when something went down between Guwop and fellow rapper Jeezy.
If Gucci really has these alleged “in-the-closet” secrets, then this guy sounds like a bitter boyfriend that got cut off running his mouth like this!
Aren’t you curious to know what’s on the alleged tape though?!

(AllHipHop News) Director Ava Duvernay was reluctant to work with rapper Common again on her criminal justice documentary “13TH” so soon after the success of her movie “Selma.”
Common previously teamed up with singer John Legend to create the Oscar-winning Glory, the theme tune for 2014 film “Selma,” but he reveals it took some convincing before Ava agreed to use another of his tracks, “A Letter to the Free,” on her latest project.
He recalls rapping the first verse of the tune in her ear as they attended a birthday party for U.S. President Barack Obama in August, but his timing wasn’t the best.
“She was listening, but with the President and the First Lady standing seven feet away, she was trying to pay attention to them, too,” he laughs to The Hollywood Reporter.
Ava admitted she wasn’t too keen on the idea at first, but after paying closer attention to the lyrics of the tune, she had a change of heart.
“(She said),’I don’t want people to say we tried the same collaboration again,'” he told the publication. “I was like, ‘Ava, (Selma actor) David Oyelowo’s been in two of your films…'”
He continues, “After she sat with the song, she loved it. This film can change culture, especially when it’s shown in places of education. My biggest desire is to be a part of work that has that kind of impact.”
The lyrics to “A Letter to the Free” address the ongoing racial tensions between the white and African-American communities, a topic studied in Ava’s new documentary, which examines the links between racial inequality in the U.S. and the nation’s prison system.
One line heralds “America’s moment to come to Jesus,” referring to a difficult moment of truth, which Common believes is more relevant than ever in light of Donald Trump’s election as the next president of the U.S., after the Republican candidate made a series of offensive remarks regarding women, Muslims, Mexican immigrants, the disabled, and others throughout his election campaign.
“We’re having a come-to-Jesus moment (now) because we’ve seen something happen that no one ever thought would,” he explains of Trump’s shock win over his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
However, Common is hopeful those concerned about the current state of the country will be encouraged to fight for a better world.
He adds, “We’ve got to think about the complexities within our country. I’m not inhuman. I woke up the day after the election with a heavy heart. But I’m still a believer. It’s what Frederick Douglass said: ‘Without struggle, there is no progress.'”
(AllHipHop News) Rapper Kanye West will remain in a Los Angeles hospital for an undetermined amount of time, according to new reports.
Kanye was admitted to the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center last Monday (November 21), for a psychiatric evaluation.
The rapper has been suffering from temporary psychosis, depression, and extreme paranoia.
Reports suggested the initial plan was to bring Kanye back home today (November 28) and have his personal doctor take care of him.
Sources told TMZ.com that ld Kanye is still not stable and will not be released today.
It is not known when the rapper will be released, as he’s still recovering from his breakdown, which forced the cancellation of his “Saint Pablo Tour.”
