50 Cent Apologizes To Anyone He’s “Offended” With His Social Media Antics

50 Cent

Hell might have frozen over.

50 Cent is a notorious internet troll whose often controversial comments about other people have led to lawsuits and seemingly endless feuds. But has he had a change of heart? On Tuesday (January 16), the Power mogul shared a photo of himself with his 30.8 million Instagram followers and issued an apology.

“Hey if I have offended you in any way, I like to apologize,” he wrote in the caption. “GLG GreenLightGang we can get more done together, why we work against each other.”

Of course, 50 Cent’s post could be a troll job in itself. For weeks, he’s continued his relentless bullying of Diddy’s latest legal woes. On the same day he made his apology, he roasted the Bad Boy Records founder for turning down an invite to the 66th Annual Grammy Awards.

“Wait puff I think you should go,” 50 Cent wrote in the caption alongside a laughing emoji. “They not gonna give you no trophy. LMAO get the f### outta here.”

Diddy was nominated for Best Progressive R&B Album for 2023’s The Love Album: Off The Grid. The nod marks Diddy’s first since 2016 when he was nominated in the Best Rap Song category for “All Day.” His last win was in 2003 for Best Rap Performance By A Duo or Group for “Shake Ya Tailfeather” alongside Nelly and Murphy Lee.

50 Cent’s history of trolling dates back years, but Diddy has been his most recent target. It remains to be seen if he’ll let the foot of the gas in the wake of his purported new leaf.
