Why does she need to retire? I didnt think there are limitations on how long a person can sing. Surely if Pattie Labelle drops a album nobody would be like "she need to retire."

i'm cosigning on what LTBROWN said. Madonna is 49 years old, now i remember her from the "Pappa don't preach" and "Like A Virgin Days". Its funny how we don't hear a bunch of kids in her genre talking about, "Ur Too old to be an artist, give it up", or the one that always get me, "Pass the torch to us" . Madonna stays collecting money outta the ass. I wish our Greats were strong enough and we as a people smart enough to realize that music has no age.
U know the game is childish when u have grown ass niggas talkin' 'bout they need a souljah girl like souljah boy - lmao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

INSTEAD THEY COULD COUNT THEIR MONEY WHEN THEIR CD'S DROP LIKE slimturk said: MADONNA'S GONNA DO WELL AND SHE CAN BANK ON IT NOW. JUST WITH THE ANNOUNCEMENT. :SMH:
I ENVY THAT GENRE'S FANS AND COUNTRY MUSIC TOO.
