(AllHipHop News) Last Thursday (Jan. 7), the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office decided not  to pursue two alleged cases against Bill Cosby. Chloe Goins, is the woman at the center of one of those alleged assaults. Her contested account is said to have happened at the Playboy Mansion. She claimed that she awoke with a sticky substance on her beasts — and supposedly discovered Cosby at the foot of her bed masturbating while he sucked on her foot.

Given that Cosby had a verified alibi, Goins’ cased was tossed out of court. She has since laid down her frustrations in a new Rap song. The novice rapper is using  the moniker Chlo-Chlo. She has presumably beat up the booth and waxed poetically about her frustrations regarding the alleged incident, this according to the Daily Mail.

An agitated Goins raps, “…It’s a trip, you kept on for all these years / Too bad your voices were women with voices to use / It’s not going away it’s time to face the facts / I can guarantee that you’ll never make a comeback…” Later she questions, “What you gonna do Bill, popping pills on the girls when they come through…”
