Kanye West is among the performers slated to headline this year’s Lollapalooza festival, which takes place August 1-3 at Chicago‘s Grant Park.

According to reports, West will join artists like Gnarls Barkley, Nine Inch Nails, Mark Ronson, Love and Rockets, Lupe Fiasco and others.

According to Billboard’s Boxscore service, Lollapalooza was the fifth-highest-grossing festival in the world. Tickets will be priced from $190-$205 dollars.

In related news, West recently revealed details about his highly anticipated Glow in the Dark Tour, which kicks of April 16 in Seattle, Washington.

“I’m sure a lot of people expect some neon, lower east side, post everybody dressing like the 80’s stuff or maybe the light up jacket from the Grammies, perhaps the robot girl and light spectacle they saw on Youtube from the European run,” the rapper said in a recent blog posting. “None of the above! [It’s] an entirely new designed set.”

West revealed that he has enlisted legendary Muppet creator Jim Henson’s Creature Shop to help produce the set, which features holograms created by video director Hype Williams, as well as lighting effects by Martin Phillips and John McGuire, who were responsible for Daft Punk’s 2007 tour.

West’s two-month long Glow in the Dark Tour will feature Rihanna, Lupe Fiasco and N.E.R.D.

The tour will hit major markets like Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia and New York, before winding down May 30th in Calgary at the Saddledome.
