In the early 1990s, Cormega was known right from the start for his lyrical assualts via clever wordplay and mind-tickling analogies. An early off-shoot of Nas, Cormega has experienced a lot of life and seen a lot of rappers come and go. Despite the setbacks over the years, the New York MC is still in the booth, these days creating mixtapes of his own, along with lending his skills to the M.A.R.S. collaborative of Saigon, Action Bronson, and Roc Marciano.
