(AllHipHop News) Theophilius London treats the new Chevrolet Sonic like an oversized skateboard in the first full commercial for Chevy’s “Find New Roads” campaign.
A simple trip to the store for milk transforms into scene out of any Tony Hawk video game for the Brooklyn MC.
The “Find New Roads” campaign consists of four different directors directing five commercials showing off the newest Chevrolet car models: the Volt, Spark, Sonic, Impala and Corvette. Chevrolet chose global advertising agency, Commonwealth to create these innovative commercials for their campaign.
“We really wanted to understand each car and personality,” says Linus Karlsson, co-chief creative officer of Commonwealth in an interview with AdWeek.
Theophilus London’s song “All Around The World” from his 2011 debut album Timez Are Weird These Days plays in the commercial.
The eclectic MC plans to release new music prior to his scheduled appearance at 2013′s Coachella Festival.
