Jay Electronica Releases First Jay Z Collaboration in Over Three Years On Soulja Boy’s “We Made It”

“Face all in the Sphinx, story all on the walls of pyramids, you know the black god saved me. You can blow the nose off, that won’t change it/Obamacare won’t heal all that anguish.”-Jay Electronica

“Book of Hov, new religion/8th wonder of the world, alias, superstition”-Jay Z

Jay Electronica might just be back and Jay Z might be in rare form. A little over a week after Jay Electronica releases his first collaboration with Jay Z since 2010’s “Shiny Suit Theory” over Soulja Boy’s “We Made It” instrumental.

Jay Z also takes time to respond to Drake’s criticism of Jay Z’s art references in music. In his interview with Rolling Stone back in February, Drake stated “It’s like Hov can’t drop bars these days without at least four art references” and that “the whole rap/art world thing is getting kind of corny.” Jay Z made sure Drake knew he heard him:

Sorry Mrs. Drizzy for so much art talk/Silly me, rapping about sh*t that I really bought/While these rappers rap about guns, they ain’t shot/and a bunch of other silly sh*t they ain’t got.

Check out Jay Z and Jay Electronica on Soulja Bou’s “We Made It”:

Better than the original, and the first non mediocre verse from Hov in a min 4.5 stars

    • Papi Peligro

      Agreed.

    • Guest

Devil is a Lie, $100 Bill and Nickels & Dimes all came out within the last few months, but yeah dope song.

      • brotha_man

i was gonna say his devil is a lie verse was dope but this is that pure uncut

      • Kevandre RackedUp Thompson

nickels and dimes six months old though ! roughly! devil is a lie wasn’t impressed, and I didn’t hear $100 bill

    • Casor_G

Pro-black brother with a white girl…Nothing new LMAO

      • 5% Hov

        Not possible. Oxymoron,

      • Da Ledgendary

Jay Elec, a 5%er, is dating a white woman. A Rothschild.

      • Celz

That’s a hell of an exception to make.. lol

      • Da Ledgendary

        yes it is lol

      • brotha_man

never met jay elec but he doesnt seem like the type to practice what he preaches.

  • LOL it’s funny they chose a SB beat, but the beat is kinda dope.I bet if Drake didn’t rap to it they wouldn’t

  • Black Jay

Kot Damn! Sick! Talk sh*t haters…. This is a banger! Check how they played this one. Electronica’s verse symbolizes the slave era (hence the battling with n*ggs and devils talk). Jigga’s verse symbolizes “progress” with brothers climbing into the “spaceship” after slavery (hence the ownership and materialistic references). Their lyrics are playing off of each other like a continuation. Sick sh*t…

No diss but Jay Electronica made Jigga step his lyrics up. This is the hungriest flow I’ve heard Jay Z spit in years.

    • CPrada Sophus

Hell yea i agree jay was talkin that shit hip hop is still alive

    • 5% Hov

Hov been 5% but hes not wit that spaceship / FOI shit Elec was spiting.

      “alien, superstition”

Hov is 5 percent in spirit for all purposes but doesn’t buy into the dogma.
      However he does say…
“ready to chase the Yakcub’s back into the cave”

That’s some brave shit. But not the first time he has dropped pro-black subliminals.

      • Papi Peligro

5% nation is more BS than the belief in Aliens. In fact at least Ancient Aliens can look at history and guestimate. BLACK PEOPLE in America are from Sub Sahara Africa. THAT CAN BE PROVEN THROUGH GENETICS. Not Middle East or even more stupido Asiatic The 10% of the world keeping the 85% of the world comic book theory too is dumb.

      • 5% Hov

Nah your confused. Thats the NOI / FOI belief.

5% is the understanding wisdom and knowledge. Thats nothing to do with black supremacy or the dogma of Yakub, Spaceships or Asatics…. (we agree is bullshit) The belief that aliens made pyramids or have even been to earth is proven bullshit.

5% as theory is still very relevant IMO. the 1%of the 10% – its all pretty fluid. Politically I’m with the 5% all the way. Spirtually? Nah.

      • Judah Nazayar

sorry fella, the subsaharan africans enslaved my ancstors. Ppl who came to america via slaveships are not Africans. WTF is a African anyways?? How u gonna rename a whole continent after a Roman General? Doing that adds to confusion… look at Papi Peligro. And all so called Africans are not bthe same..so how can u prove anything by genetics

      • Papi Peligro

No dawg. Google OTTOMAN Empire slavery. Historic fact slaves came from Sub Saharan Africa not middle east. The reason is they weren’t people of the book. They were pagan. Google African American Genetics. Then go look at the white people’s receipts. It tells you exactly where they got it from .

      • $18916246

Misquote: Yacht C00N back to his cage. Yacoob is a reference to a supposed evil scientist and science that brought white folks from cave men in the hills of Europe on all fours to a man kind that stands on two legs. Jay suggest he’s chasing him back to his cave, not cage. This is a doctrine celebrated by the Nation of Islam and the 5% Nation thought to be originated by a man who defected away from the Nation Clarence 13x. Just little little black inner city history for the young bloods (meaning urban youth).

      • Chrisblackusa

the torah does not say as 120 does,,,,the Asiatic blackman is god of the universe,, and owner of the best part of the planet earth and does not care about the poor part…

      • Judah Nazayar

dumb dumb.. the torah teaches the the so called negro is te Sun of the Man..360 the Light of the world.. knowledge=120 wisdom-120 understading=120=360.. that man is dual nature 720= ur number is always 9= victory/prevailing. all 5%, noi, masonry ,,all comes from the lost wisdom of the torah from the negro. Thats why masonry has hiram abiff..wid its story..who is nothing but the blackman in america,..who lost knowledge of himself and his foundation= called the WORD= IN HEBREW THE DABAR. All that other shet is masonic spinoff..which masonry is lefthanded side Israelite priest knowledge.

I f you really tryna teach you shouldn’t call ppl dumb dumb…that information is your own personal truth that the universe allowed you to come across that resonates with you…if his path takes him to enlightenment who are you to say he is wrong…it’s not always the information you have it’s how you use it…i like what you said though….

The H.O.V.A diss was better than that bullshit..one hit album every ten year average….jay only got two classics himself….

      • Celz

He said hot.. You said classic my G. You are entitled to your own opinion. Mine is Nas got in that ass but his diss was too long and watered down with too many gay disses, Jay did arguable more damage with one verse compared to the 3.5 verses in Ether.

      • Rrs Blazed

I used to think so but then going back and listening to both disses again I have to say Ether was extremely lethal.

      • rocnation30

2 classics?? are u sure…? reasonable doubt , blueprint 1, black album, hard knock life vol 2..

      • ghettogov

The only real classics in jay catalog are reasonable doubt and black album

      • Godzilla Jr.

Reasonable Doubt is far from classic. It’s a good album that gets extra props because it’s Jay-Z’s first.

It was overlooked when it came out because there were so many REAL classics out at the time that a just good album didn’t rate.

      • rocnation30

        so was illmatic a classic??

      • Godzilla Jr.

Hands down. Maybe best hip-hop album ever. Definitely top 5.

I like Reasonable Doubt. I really do. I just hate how it’s lauded now but when it came out, we all heard it and was like “meh”. The album didn’t get doper because Jay did.

      • rocnation30

I bought reasonable doubt when it came out and nobody I knew said ..meh… Because the bars were clear and made sense and told a story. Illmatic wasn’t a classic to me just wasn’t that good I like and believe” it was written was totally better. Beats was better and songs and producer way better it was nas’s actual growth. But I’ll end it with saying this everybody who is a fan of illmatic always downplay reasonable doubt.. Always and vice versa….. I can’t remember that many quotables on illmatic… Reasonable doubt started damn near every trend in hiphop…cristal, range rovers, the cash u name it…

      • Godzilla Jr.

You couldn’t have bought RD when it came out. You’re showing your age as too young to have.

Illmatic was produced by DJ Premier, Large Professor and Q-Tip, all hall of fame level producers. RD was mostly produced by Ski Beats who is good but nowhere near any of their levels.

No quotables on Illmatic? Almost every song on Illmatic has numerous quotes. Jay-Z’s best song on RD, Dead Presidents, even quoted Illmatic.

Cristal talk? Started by Raekwon and Ghostface on OB4CL. Money talk? Bad Boy (mainly BIG), So So Def and Wu-Tang.

If you actually did buy RD when it first came out, it was the first hip-hop album you ever heard.

      • rocnation30

Listen …. None of those rappers you named will ever touch Shawn carter… Plain an simple …. I don’t like to compare big to Jay because big only has 2 albums …. the rest of those bums you named were only good during their era which was my era as well wu tang niggas had their run but today nobody’s talking about any wutang except you . Would never dare to put any of them cats in the same area as Jay the greatest ever…. Even today… I think the top artist should represent hiphop as whole meaning in real life and in music .. Those wu tang niggas are all broke struggling and drugged out or dead ….. How the eff they gonna be the face of hiphop???? The same with nas … The dude switched his name over a thousand times the clear sign of not knowing who you are … Jay never donee that….plus nas is broke every album he makes goes to debt…..Jay is the last standing artist .. An ambassador ….lastly nigga why would I lie to u about my age I don’t even know u

      • Godzilla Jr.

You’re building a straw man there, dude. I didn’t say Jay-Z wasn’t the best rapper nor did I say he was. That wasn’t the point at all and is an entirely different conversation.

        What I said was:
        A. Reasonable Doubt is a good album but highly overrated and definitely not classic.
        B. Illmatic is most certainly classic and probably the best hip-hop album ever.
        C. RD was overlooked upon release by the many CLASSICS that came out during that era (several Bad Boy releases i.e. BIG and all his affiliates, several Death Row releases i.e. Snoop, Dogg Pound, Tupac, several Wu-Tang releases i.e. 36 Chambers, OB4CL, Tical, Ironman, Liquid Swords, Mobb Deep i.e Infamous & Hell on Earth, Nas, ATCQ, Outkast, several Boot Camp Clik releases, Redman and Hit Squad, The Roots, The Fugees, Busta Rhymes, and on and on). Rap was in a golden age during this period on both coasts. When RD dropped, it wasn’t anything special. A classic was coming out about every two weeks. You say you like It Was Written better than Illmatic? It came out basically at the same time as RD and was one of the many reasons RD was overlooked.
        D. The producers on Illmatic are head and shoulders above those on RD. Premier + LP + Q-Tip >>>>> Ski Beats. Hell, the Trackmasters primarily handled the production on IWW. They’re not even on the Illmatic producers’ level but they’re better than Ski Beats.

Jay was and is nice but his first album was only a good effort in an all-star era. He finally got it all together for Hard Knock Life.

      • rocnation30

Who are u though?? I think illmatic was highly over rated . To me reasonable doubt was a better lyrical album. Ok it might’ve beat RD as far as production but the lyrics weren’t all their . Jayz lyrics is what makes him a great to this day…and it carried him on reasonable doubt.. illmatic was ok it was great for hiphop during that time but for me to say it was a classic I can’t … like I said everyone who says illmatic is a classic always says RD wasn’t always… and don’t be backpeddlin.. Talking bout I never said Jayz wasn’t good … Well guess what?? U disrespecting RD in that manner comes across as u saying Jay ain’t great… What would Jay say to u saying RD wasn’t a classic ??? Cmon

actually, I’m Barcelona all day… been Barcelona since the days of Romario, Koeman, Stoïkhov, Kluivert etc… i’m talking 94… but just to get on Inmadopuroz nerves I was rooting for Madrid this time… (Madrid ok in my book… they got our french player Benzema, and the rest of the team ain’t bad… Ronaldo… I definitely like that Bale n!gga… awesome player)

(plus people getting sick of Messi being just too too strong… just like they do Hov)

European niccas have nothing in common with BLACKS! U (L)ame. take that L!

    • Jay Electronica verses was dope

  • YoungZari

QUESTION: Firstly, as a Toronto native, I feel Drake does this to himself. I don’t know why he was so eager to go at Hov in a magazine of all things…Like you’ve outshined Jay in Pound Cake you should’ve kept shut. But Anyways…My question is. do you think Drake should’ve, at this point at least, signed a dope rapper to his label???

Not too get to deep into this, but he could’ve used that opportunity to have his solider shot direct shots at Hov rather than now have to say something (he can’t ignore this). I remember Cam and Jay was going at it, Killa had all if not all of Dipset going at Hov. Actually spitters. Gave them that opportunity to get they name out too. Like with Drake he’s a cornered racoon..Like who is Drake going to send after Hov … The Weeknd?

Thoughts on what Drake is doing to do next?

    • johnblacksad

How did Drake outshine Hov on Pound Cake? Which version do you have?

      • YoungZari

Lol. It’s matter of opinion really, no need to elaborate.

      • HatingWhitePeopleSince85

It was an IG-NANT Opinion Jackass

      • Sadat

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe he heard Drakes original verse for the song. Cause Drake admitted to changing the beat and his verse after Hov sent him his verse…

      • rocnation30

lmfao…..ctfu…i know right…he must got secret edition verse ….no one out raps jay on a verse jay out raps everybody on every feature he is on…niggas is crazy

      • nmnjmnmn

Renegade started because Jay sucks. Jay isn’t that great he’s just another lucky ny rapper that was close to big and blew up

      • Celz

Niccas been lucky for like 20 years straight then lmao

      • You are off your rocker. That must be the longest lucky streak in the history of the music business. Let me tell you something right now, NOTHING, literally nothing was going to stop Jay Z’ ascension when Hard Knock Life dropped. That record blew up in countries B.I.G hadn’t even heard of yet.

Dispel the myth that Jigga blew up after Big died. Niggas loved Jigga when B.I.G was alive. It was Hard Knock Life that took Jay worldwide.

And by your redundant analysis, Lil Cease should be the biggest rapper in the world.

      • nmnjmnmn

go listen to im not a biter im a writer 63 minutres of jay z stealing lines. He trash

      • Godzilla Jr.

Not exactly. Jay-Z was definitely heard of and given mild props but far from loved. He was definitely in the hip-hop C-list.

He didn’t break out until after BIG died and largely because he filled the void BIG left by covering the exact same topics.

      • Mec-One

        “LUCKY” lol

      • nmnjmnmn

Drake murdered him on pound cake easily. All Jay talked about was art. But to be fair rick ross, kendrick, drake and J cole have all killed jay on track. He aint won on a track since umbrella lolol

      • Weedras

what shit are you smoking!? lol!!

      • Savimbi

You have to be Under 21 lol

      • grabo2003

lmaoo that ‘umbrella’ comment is funny. But i dnt agree on ross outrapping j on any song tho.

    • Celz

Drake isn’t built for any type of battling period. He shoulda kept it real from the gate and left the fake thug antics to Wayne. Drake is a corny commercialized fake version of Andre 3000. The worst part of all this is he’s one of the most talented cats in the game. He looks out of his element on Wutang Forever, Started From the Bottom and Worst Behavior. No one but privileged children believe his fairy tales.

      • nmnjmnmn

KENDRICK is the one who bit ANDRE 3k not DRAKE. Kendrick sounds justl like 3k that’s the reason I don’t support Kendrick. Also if you listened to Wu Tang Forever he said he isn’t from the hood he just visited for friends and family. I hate D riders like you who just make shit up. Drake gonna kill Jay. Jay z don’t even put fear in lil mama

      • Celz

Calm yo emotional @$$ down.. I can see why you like Drake so much nicca.. Drake runs his mouth too much which is why he continually gets put in his place. Luda, Common, Jay-Z. He started the Chris Brown and Kendrick beef as well, and took shots at Macklemore. ALL OVER EMOTIONS jealously over insecurities about money, fame, and yussy. Are you serious this nicca is hella talented but he’s a walking meme the lamest rapper in ages.

Do your homework. Wutang Ice Cream was their song for females and its more rugged than anything in his catalog. He used the name without permission so he could get that street look he tries so desperately for and then front like he was payin homage. Ain’t no Wu fan gonna listen to this whining about an R&B singer takin his yussy back and then havin body guards throw bottles like that’s some real beef.. That’s kid shyt fam. A real nicca would never even bring that lame @$$ beef up. Bystanders gettin hit wit bottles barely cut a fuccin singers chin and he tryin to get stripes off it.. The song was lame and if you think its hot you prolly lame too..

      • Truth Powell

[“Wutang Ice Cream was their song for females and its more rugged than anything in his catalog”] and the All I Need(RZA remix)……that’s crazy right? And these dudes nowadays think a girl or club song has to be some wack corny hand clap ish.

        It’s Diddy’s fault.

      • nmnjmnmn

i didnt read a word of that loolol

      • Celz

And I’m sayin a Fake 3000 because Andre ain’t a street nicca like that and he sings but the streets fuccs wit him because he keeps it real..

      • Spirit Equality

Andre very much did his thing in those Atlanta streets when he was growing up. You doubt him, run up on him and try to take something from him and see how you end up.

      • Celz

You getting my comment confused. I never said he’s a bitkh and I never said he didnt do his thing back in the day. I said he’s real and he is and that he’s not a street nicca like that. Meaning he’s not a street nicca like that way I referenced in my previous comment. He’s from the street and gets love from the streets but he didn’t carry himself like a thug. Come on ya white T ta me looks like a night gown… Only a real nicca could son dudes on they own damn song.. I been on Outkast is Aquemini..

      • i wouldn’t even diss fake Andre 3000 like that lol…

drake about to win softest of the year for the 6th strait time

  • therealjjohnson

Y’all talking about him throwing shots and drake and totally missed the “yakub” bar huh? I can’t even say that went over y’all head cause you probably just don’t know. Haven’t agreed with something J has said in a while…but yeah chase them back in the caves.

Don’t miss the supreme wisdom looking for gossip.

    • Clayton Bigsby

For Jay Z to be in the position he is in financially, professionally and even politically, that he would say the line about YAKUB, I have a WHOLE new respect for him.

      • Truth Powell

Jay used to run with Malachi York’s son. I’m not impressed tho because we know that everything Jay does is contrived. It serves his own needs now to start dropping shit like that. We don’t want to start thinking he’s just some soft fine art guy now do we?

      • therealjjohnson

        true

      • anaiskarim

Maybe if you actually listened to his lyrics you wouldn’t think this is new. That’s what’s so hilarious about some of you. You claim to have read Art of War but can’t recognize a man living it in your faces.

      • Truth Powell

Art of War and the 120 Lessons are two very different things you wannabe smart ass.

      • anaiskarim

I’m well aware of what I said. I didn’t reference any Five Percent teachings because I wasn’t talking about that. I’m talking about the fact that you don’t understand the man’s lyrics, lifestyle or business dealings in the context of The Art of War or you wouldn’t be saying this is something he just started dropping. The only thing that’s new is he is being more explicitly in your face with it so knuckleheads can finally figure it out. Jay Z uses the mic as it was intended. He drops lyrics directly to the people who are paying attention. Open Letter, The Devil is a Lie and We Made It (not to mention a whole album full of metaphors) all within a year addressing everything from Cuba to Barneys and his views on society. It’s over your head obviously.

    • I just looked it up #Moor #Life Thanks for pointing that out

  • trilltalk1

SUPREME LYRICISM DISPLAYED ON THIS TRACK, i was really impressed. soulja boy made this track. man he should be doing this instead of rapping.

  • ghettogov

When i first heard this i thought jayz got jaY electronic but jay z was just flowing dope. jay E dropped that real science on here…that Line about the face on the sphinx did it for me. If i were him i would tell ppl to stop name droppin on songs he’s featured on all most ppl will be talking bout is how jay Z dissed drake weak ass

  • Now That’s some hip hop right there, Knowledge and Lyrics #HipHOp

  • Jay knows what songs to hop on too

  • Dayum!

    Jay Z got Drake!

    LOL~N

    • Clayton Bigsby

      He GOT him!!!!!!!!

      • Str8 Chin checked.

        This may be interesting!

      • “I’m ready to chase the Yakub back into caves”
        &
        “You’re blind, baby
Blind to the fact of who you are maybe
        My bloodline’s crazy
Kings and queens and Michael Jordan rings”

He wrote that whole verse for him.

      • Yeah, that was kinda crazy, even the Spanish sousio / scumbag refference.

      • I think it’s safe to say Jigga spat that literal ether on Mrs. Drizzy.

      • Yes it is!

    • Weedras

Mrs. Drizzy lol!!! whoa, old man, checked that Boy…

      • No SUBS!

      • Inmadopicouroz✓QUEENSᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

  • Clayton Bigsby

Drake the type of nigga to call his best friends girl and tell her she can do better

    • That’s sum pussazz shid…lmao actually seen it happen be4….too funny

  • Craig

Live from the cotton fields straight to the space ship, that line was hot, the black/African references were well needed as well, but the fact is Jay Elect has a white woman. “Double Consciousness”. But Jay say yall hella jealous of my Melatonin, that killed Drake alone.

This song is FIRE though! Lots of Jewels. Shame they had Kenny Powers an his gay friend on the track.

  • drac215

No hate intended. I feel some of yall comments about jay elec being dope but hes not saying or doing anything that makes a difference in hiphop today!!! Knowing your history is cool to a certain extent. If your not building up your race or culture all your doing is saying words!!! Krs had the self destruction movement, public enemy had everyone rocking a clock(meaning we knew the time!!!), kwame had people rockin polka dots, King had people marching, Christ does it all!!! Jay elec is a rapper who reads a lot of books yall, jay z is a great imitator/entertainer. Coming from a grown hiphop fan its just alright(heard it all before), what are we going to do about right now jay elec? While your living with the rich people our/your hood is being wiped out at an all time fast rate(28 schools in philly black neighborhoods closed while a new juvenile prison opened at the same time) rap about that stuff bro, let that ancient stuff take a backseat for a min. God bless peace

    • Slick Blak

Dude Jay Electronica smashing KATE ROTHSCHILD…he smashing the REAL ILLUMINATI…he doesn’t have to drop and album or he drops it when he wants. He smashing the family that INVENTED this paper note we killing each other for.

      • drac215

What does that have to do with the hood or culture??? Is there a scholarship for inner city kids in N.O. where hes from to help the kids he raps about??? No hate, just asking. I feel when people try to give a positive message, but without action whats the point??? God bless you bro

      • Savimbi

It may be part of a bigger plan that is still unfolding in front of our eyes, it’s too early to decide IMO.

      • True bruh gotta get his foot all the way into that long paper first.

      • Papi Peligro

Which makes black empowerment sound a tad disingenuous. It ain’t got to be a reminder of where we came from cause we don’t share the same struggle as our forefathers. Dude dating long old money.

      • Dude dating long old money = #WINNING

    • Spirit Equality

Don’t tell that man what to rap about, go find the rappers who rap about what you want to hear. Boots Riley raps about s–t like that, go buy a Coup album.

      • drac215

If your claiming God body or spiritual you need to represent that bro!!! Seems like you listen just to listen, I take a man for his word and his word is far from Christ or even a prophet. Good music to listen to but not the hiphop that grabbed you and motivated the hood for the good. Also I got Christ(the real word if you dont know!!!) so music is just what it is(dont need the coup to do anything for me,but i will give them another listen maybe i missed something). God bless you bro

      • ** Classy respones **

      • Coup still making albums?

    • Truth Powell

That’s some real ish ^^^ I never really looked at Jay Elect like that but yeah he’s almost like hipster-godbody.

  • Inmadopicouroz✓QUEENSᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

    Drake aboutta reply like –

“nigga we know you made it, your daughter looking like me you know you hate it, word on the street that i made her, nigga you still think you made it?”
———–niccas might take him more serious with these BARS……….QUEENS!

    • Obi Won

Lol…..Only if Drake wasn’t a bish he would respond like that lol.
He would fear getting checked by Beyoncé and that would really crush his feeling

      • Inmadopicouroz✓QUEENSᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

Yeah he don’t wanna fu(k that up which I understand. I think all of them going to be still cool but calling him miss though might have him feeling a bit annoyed.

    • Mec-One

Only bars you need to handle is on ya Huffy ……. leave this rap stuff to cats who do this ……….

      • Inmadopicouroz✓QUEENSᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

hi hater! u see me? Hi Hater… hi hater… hi hater… u see me? hi hater!

      • Inmadopicouroz✓QUEENSᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

u steady eat DI(K and assholeeeee for a living!

  • Elayorx El

Well, assuming this is actually real, if Drake really did say that in an interview, then I’m sure he’s prepared at this point to go to war. I mean, if you truly do want the crown, I guess you’ve got to go for the “top spot”, even though I’m of the persuasion that Drake does not need to do any of this. As far as the whole art thing, I’m not even sure any of those artists Hov mentions would even acknowledge him, or what he’s mostly known for.(very open to conjecture?) At one point, even the late great, Andy Warhol was accused of ulterior motives, in his involvement with the fallen phenom, Jean Michelle, who I don’t even think would have endorsed Hov himself, so the mixed references in the rhymes leaves a little to the imagination, but we will see how Drake responds, if at all. Jay Elec, with his Rothschild involvement, will always have me a bit skeptical regarding what he’s really all about. That whole thing that went down with him, and NY some years ago, still has me scratching my head. By the way, brothers rapping about things that may not be, at the time of the rhyme, is nothing new, as Hov, and many others can definitely attest to, and TRUE bloodlines, for all intents, and purposes, DO NOT send mixed messages. Respectfully, Drake needs to just fall back, keep winning, and not do anything himself, he does not like about others, whatever the case may be. NI@@A WE MADE IT!!!!

    • Inmadopicouroz✓QUEENSᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ

drake aka waffle colored white boy aint ready for war. he aint built like that!

      • Elayorx El

LOL…I feel you, but you can’t deny those lyrics, and you from Queens, so I expect you to know where I’m coming from. It used to be the utmost respect for making a name, without having to go the beef route. NY, respect all day.

      • Lmao waffle colored? Yea bruh too soft in my opinion. ..nigga be sounding so out of place tryna sound hard….can u even diss a dude by singing? Lmao I don’t know

  • Black Adam

I dont think ppl are reading Jay Elecs moves correctly. If hes dating a Rothschild and impregnates her, has he not effectively put a black seed at the head of one of the most powerful families running things today? Has he not brought things full circle? Seems like a pretty ingenious way to “Takeover”.

  • SBRon

He had something for “Cake’s” boss, too…”You’re blind Baby / Blind to the fact of who you are maybe”
