You might not truly know or care how DMX beat that $1.6 million case! But, I know. If you don’t know, read here so you know about the DMX man’s good news. So, DMX said that the women he had a kid with raped him and she sued over that comment. Well, how this judgment was dismissed was like this. The lawyer for the lady served DMX with papers, but they didn’t know that DMX and his wife are actually separated and they no longer live together. Well, the lawyer served the papers to the wrong house and DMX never really knew that he even was served. So, because he was improperly served, DMX gets off! So, separating from his wife has inadvertently saved DMX a bunch of money. If they were together, they would be up doo doo creek!
HOUSTON IS BACK - KINDA SORTA...
Wow. Remember this name? Well Houston is back and he tells the full story about his eye. But now he is making it sound like his injury is a result of some thug stuff - not a suicide attempt. If you think Tameka is going to take those divorce rumors lying down, you are SO WRONG. I know a well-placed source that has told me that Tameka is going to be firing back at those that think she and Usher are going to be over anytime soon. I heard she simply regards those rumors and those behind them as haters. She also said that the haters can look for a new spread in Essence magazine of her and Ursh and their new child. OUCH. Also, I heard she recently went on a shopping spree spending over $24,000. Whoa. In the future, for Usher is a clothing line as well. Tameka also stated that “Here I Stand” is the one song on her hubby’s album that is about her, but her favorite song is “Before I Met You.” Tameka 91, Haters 10.
THE MAN THAT KO’D SUGE IS WANTED BY JUDGE
The man that knocked out Suge Knight is now wanted by the Lost Angeles police, according to reports. But its not for what you might think – for assaulting Suge. They just want dude for some misdemeanor crap - driving without a license charges. He was supposed to go to court, but didn’t, say tmz. Ehhhhhhhh….

Tito is FAMOUS – in the UK! This might need to be the UK Rumors page for all the British stuff on here. Anyway, the b-side Jacksons have rented a summerhouse a village in the UK. USHER MAKES A FAN HIS BEYACH!
OK, I don’t know what, but Usher is overseas in the UK doing something – I’m not even sure what. Whatever he is doing, it involves fans and the press. I heard Usher is doing his thing as a cool person that’s enjoying life. Apparently, from a stage, Usher tells the crowd that he’s having a bad year and somebody decides to respond by saying, “I don’t give a f**k.” Usher says, “If you don’t give a f**k then you can get the f**k out.” I guess the guy tucked his sack, because he immediately apologized to Usher. I heard Usher took off his shirt and some GUY was begging for the shirt! I don’t know if Usher gave the dude the shirt though.

A hospital employee gave himself to police on Wednesday after he admitted that he performed oral sex on a male patient. But the worker, from Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, did this crazy mess without the knowledge or consent of the patient. The male patient was just waking up from anesthesia after having surgery at the medical center. Pedro J. Gonzalez, 27, admitted he did the crime and was charged with sexual battery. All this medical worker has to do this move the patients about the hospital, but that didn’t stop his urges. Gonzalez did his business and the patient pushed the man off him even though he was groggy. Gonzalez has been fired.
