(AllHipHop News) The A3C Hip-Hop Festival has once again partnered with iHipHop Distribution to release the third installment of A3C’s compilation albums. A3C Volume 3 will feature over 50 performers, and this year’s version will also be open to international artists to submit their work for consideration.
Last year’s A3C Volume 2 featured tracks by Reek Da Villian, Smoke DZA, Slum Village, and Trinidad James to name a few. Rising stars like Rockie Fresh, Chase N. Cash, Action Bronson, Nitty Scott as well as Hip Hop veterans like 9th Wonder, Freeway, and Dead Prez appeared on Volume 1 in 2011.
Having the chance to see their work alongside some of Hip Hop’s leading voices could be a breakthrough opportunity for an aspiring artist. Selected rappers will also get to perform at the 9th annual A3C Hip-Hop Festival in Atlanta, Georgia in October.
The five-day festival provides music performances, film screenings, art exhibits, fashion pop-up shops, and educational panels. Featured artists at this year’s event include Ghostface Killah, Too Short, 9th Wonder, Pharoahe Monch, and Jean Grae.
