Schoolboy Q Reportedly Avoids Armed Robbery Charges

WAS THE TDE RAPPER UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR AN AFTER PARTY SET UP?

(AllHipHop News) Apparently, Schoolboy Q was under investigation for felony armed robbery.

According to TMZpolice were looking into whether the “THat Part” performer was involved in an incident following a Los Angeles concert last March.

The website reports:

The alleged victims said they followed Q to an after party, and when they arrived 2 people robbed them at gunpoint. They admit the rapper “never participated in the actual robbery,” but told police he showed up in another car while it was happening. Their insinuation was Q masterminded the jacking.

The alleged victims supposedly delayed reporting the robbery and had no interest in filing charges when authorities inquired about the situation.

Prosecutors then rejected the case.

Meanwhile, Q is continuing to work on his fifth studio album.

“On this record, it’s more so my life after I made it to the point of Schoolboy Q,” stated the TDE representative. “Like I gave you me, but I never gave you the other side of me – the father, the dude that’s actually happy, the dude that doesn’t be in the hood just hanging out, the dude that’s trying to put his homie in position now.”

Top Dawg Entertainment head Anthony Tiffith revealed Schoolboy’s next LP is slated to arrive after labelmate SZA releases her project.
