Beyonce Revisits Hurricane Katrina In “Formation” Video

Once again, Beyonce has released some new content for her fans with no announcement. The beloved singer’s new track is titled “Formation”, which (like many of her latest tracks) includes a new video to add visuals to the song. However, unlike many of her past videos, “Formation” features Beyonce’s twist on the Hurricane Katrina incident. While Bey sings in one of her images, she happens to sit on top of a sunken cop car. Although “Formation” includes this scene, the video also embraces the culture that rules in city New Orleans and its surrounding areas, from emotional church scene to a marching band jamming in the streets. Beyonce’s new surprise song was released just a day before her anticipated Super Bowl performance.
