(AllHipHop News) Cardi B announced her debut studio album would arrive in the month of April. Going by the date of an upcoming TV gig, the long-awaited full length may be released in the early part of the month.
Saturday Night Live announced Cardi will be the performer on the April 7 episode of the sketch comedy show. The musical guest usually appears on the late-night program around the time the act is releasing a project.
Cardi will be joining actor Chadwick Boseman for the episode. The star of Black Panther will serve as the host for the night.
This season of SNL has highlighted several Hip Hop representatives. Jay-Z, Eminem, and Migos have all entertained the crowd at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City.
