(AllHipHop News) In May, Jhené Aiko returned with the break-up anthem “Triggered (Freestyle).” The singer-songwriter has now let loose a remix to the record which features 21 Savage and Summer Walker.
Some fans suspected that Aiko’s single was about the end of her relationship with fellow Twenty88 group member Big Sean. She addressed the situation on Twitter.
“Triggered is NOT a diss song. It is a moment of talking sh*t out of frustration and passion. it’s was a moment of exaggerated expression when I was feeling lost and weak. No one is to be blamed or bashed for how I was feeling in that moment. I am in control of my feelings,” tweeted Jhené Aiko.
Big Sean later took to the social media platform to confess his love for his ex-girlfriend after she supported his “Single Again” song. The G.O.O.D. Music rapper posted, “I appreciate you supporting me on this one and I want to just say I love you unconditionally.”
