(AllHipHop News) The man accused of killing Nipsey Hussle is going to face justice this April.
Eric Holder is alleged to have gunned down Nipsey Hussle, born Ermias Asghedom, last year on March 31, in front of the rapper’s Los Angeles Marathon Clothing store.
Investigators say Holder got out of a car and walked up to Nipsey and the pair spoke to one another.
The pair had affiliations with the Rollin 60’s gang. According to eyewitnesses, during their conversation, the rapper accused Holder of snitching.
Shortly after, Holder left and came back and open-fired on Nipsey at point-blank range.
Eric Holder reportedly used two handguns at once in both hands, to shoot the rapper. “Mr. Holder was firing with two different handguns, trading between his right and his left hand,” prosecutor John McKinney told the grand jury.
The NY Daily News, reports that Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert Perry stated that he hopes to have the two-week trial done by April 14th.
