(AllHipHop Rumors) Nelly was accused of sexual assault by a woman in late 2017. Recently the Jasmine Brand posted a story about the incident.
Charges against Nelly were dropped after the alleged victim refused to testify. He was facing 2nd degree rape charges.
According to The Jasmine Brand, Nelly and the alleged victim had different stories. This was determined after they obtained police documents regarding the matter.
In her story the alleged victim told police that Nelly threw her on the bed after forcefully taking off her pants. She also says that he told her “You’re gonna take this d**k.”
The alleged victim also claimed that Nelly asked her not to get off the bus until their next stop and offered her $2500. She said she turned down the offer and somebody else pushed her off the bus while Nelly tossed a $100 bill at her.
However, Nelly told police that he had consensual sex with the alleged victim and she got mad because she thought he was messing with one of his dancers. The dancer was also on the bus at the time of the alleged.
Nelly has remained in a happy relationship following the incident. The whole thing sounds like 50 shades of foolishness, but I don’t know.
