Rap star Snoop Dogg was cited for smoking marijuana outside of a Manhattan nightclub on Wednesday (February 20). According to the New York Post, Snoop, born Calvin Broadus Jr, was not arrested for the infraction, but was handed a desk-appearance ticket for possession of marijuana. According to Snoop’s lawyer Donald Etra, the rapper will contest the ticket. Snoop Dogg is in town to play a sold-out show at Magic City Music Hall in Johnson City, New York.
