(AllHipHop News) Oakland, California rap legend Too $hort has been hit with a lawsuit by a woman who claims he grabbed her breasts during a concert.

The incident allegedly took place in March, during a concert that Too $hort held at Yoshi’s Jazz Club in San Francisco.

The 41-year-old woman, Kenya Winston, claims that Too $hort made vulgar comments to her while performing.

He then allegedly reached off the stage and grab her breasts during the concert.

According to the San Francisco Gate, Winston filed a police report against Too $hort four days after the concert, but police declined to press charges.

“Ms. Winston is a hardworking mother who just wanted to treat herself to a fun night out,” said Kenya Winston’s Daniel Dean. “What Too did was reprehensible and our goal is to hold him accountable.”

Too $hort’s attorney refused to comment.
