(AllHipHop News) Rapper Rick Ross has vowed to return to North Carolina to perform live after a pair of concert dates were cancelled.
The dates were put to an abrupt halt, because of fears of gang violence at the venues.
“North Carolina, I wuz so excited to perform tomorro wit #MMG” Ross said on Twitter. “Promoters cancelled show but I’ll be Back ASAP. #luv”
As previously reported, dates in Greensboro and Charlotte were ceased, but the rapper countered that he cancelled them.

Local facets of the Gangster Disciples threatened the event with violence, causing the event planners to pull out.
A new date has not yet been announced.
