(AllHipHop News) CeeLo Green had many people confused and intrigued by his golden outfit at this year’s Grammy Awards.

Pigeons & Planes reached out to CeeLo’s team to get more information about his decision to present the new persona “Gnarly Davidson” at the ceremony in Los Angeles.

The response came in two different artistic voices:

Gnarly Davidson: “I told you this would happen and I did it. F-ck you, CeeLo Green. I mean f-ck me, I’m famous.”

CeeLo: “When I saw him arrive on the Harley, my heart skipped a beat. Seriously, I don’t know if I can stop him now.”

CeeLo also introduced music under the name Gnarly Davison over the last few hours.

A new track, inspired by Rick Springfield’s “Jessie’s Girl,” came in the form of “Jay Z’s Girl.”

The single is an obvious ode to Jay’s wife and global superstar Beyoncé.

Gnarly Davidson opens the song by saying, “Sorry Jay, but I love her too. What am I supposed to do?”

The Goodie Mob and Gnarls Barkley member then starts singing, “Jay Z is the king and I’m probably his biggest fan. But there’s a feeling inside that I’m sure he’d understand. I’m in love with Bey and I wanna be her man.”
