A Los Angeles judge has ordered Suge Knight to pay $107 million to Lydia Harris, who claims in a lawsuit that she helped found Death Row Records.

According to the Associated Press, Superior Court Judge Ronald M. Sohigian ordered the Hip-Hop mogul to pay the money after he and his lawyer didn’t answer necessary legal inquiries in the case or offer other information. This information was meant to be shared with Harris’ counsel.

The settlement against Knight amounts to $60 million in punitive damages, $45 million in economic damages and $2 million in non-economic damages, the AP reported.

Harris is married to convicted drug dealer Michael “Harry O” Harris, who is presently incarcerated. Harry O has maintained that he provided $1.5 million in seed money for Death Row.

In a 2002 lawsuit, which never came to fruition, Lydia Harris charged that Knight forced her out of Death Row after it began to be successful. She alleges, they were equal partners in 1989.

Representatives for Knight were unavailable at press time.
