LOOKS LIKE DRIZZY IS READY TO RETURN TO THE SMALL SCREEN

(AllHipHop News) Back in 2016, reports began to circulate Drake was interested in bringing back the popular British crime drama Top Boy.

The Canadian entertainer bought the rights to Top Boy, and it now appears Champagne Papi is set to make an appearance on the program’s return.

“We met up to start talking about the show and we are working out a role for him,” said Top Boy star Ashley Walters in an interview with the Daily Mirror. “He loves acting, of course he wanted a part. He’s going to be really hands on and is getting stuck into it.”

The Daily Mirror also reports Top Boy series three is set to appear on Netflix in 2018 and OVO-affiliated rapper Skepta will be part of the cast.

Prior to becoming an international music star, Drake played Jimmy Brooks on the Canadian teen drama Degrassi: The Next Generation.
