(AllHipHop News) Jay-Z’s illustrious 17 year recording career includes 12 #1 albums however none in the U.K. Magna Carta Holy Grail changed all of that after easily outselling Mumford & Sons’ megahit album Babel.
While the Soundscan numbers for the United States are still not finalized, Jay-Z’s 12th studio album is expected to register over 350,000 copies in its opening week.
The one million copies he sold to Samsung were not counted in Billboard, but has already been acknowledged by the RIAA as platinum.
