Soulja Boy Claims He Has Signed The Boxing Match Papers To Fight Chris Brown! yea

(AllHipHop Rumors) Big Fraudulent Soulja wants yall’s attention.

If y’all still care about the Soulja Boy and Chris Brown beef, Big Soulja wants y’all to know that he has allegedly signed the paperwork to fight Chris Brown, but Breezy hasn’t signed yet.

Floyd Mayweather and 50 Cent have even been very quiet about the fight lately too. Hell is Wack 100 even still claiming it will take place in Dubai? Does anyone still care? If you ask me, it was all corny to begin with and like YG said, dem boyz aint from Bompton! Lol.

Anyway do you think Chris Breezy is backing out due to apathy? Do you all think Chris is scared or over the stupidity and drama? We all know Breezy has a temper, and he’s unable to just walk away from controversy when it first begins, but he eventually moves on and posts photos of his daughter to distract us. LOL.

If this fight actually does go on as “planned”, who are you putting your money on? Who should sing the anthem?

Side note, Soulja Boy just faked a sonogram photo, so these papers could be fraudulent as well.

Check Out Big Sean’s Open Letter To His 18-Year-Old Self

(AllHipHop News) Big Sean has published a reflective, open letter to his younger self, playing off the opening monologue of his new album I Decided.

Big Sean’s dictated the open letter to Mic.com’s Tom Barnes, along with a video of the open letter, which is addressed to his younger self.

In the open letter, Big Sean reveals a bit of the anxiety he felt as a new artist attempting to break into the music business.

“You’ve been telling yourself that by 21 you have to be on, and at 22 you have to have a song on the radio. Rapping’s been your job since before it was your job, before you were out of high school, before you faced the decisions that would change everything,” the rapper writes in the open letter.

“That hustle will create your path for you and be a testament to the light you have to share. But it will leave you with a lot more to work on.”

In the letter, which is addressed to himself as an 18-year-old, Big Sean doles out advice on being a teenager in Detroit, and fighting racism.

“The only thing you can do to change anything is to make yourself better and send prayers,” Big Sean writes in the letter. “Any act of violence, you will look back and regret. It’ll cross your mind on the way back from visiting Michigan State, when you pull into a gas station to shouts of ‘get out of here, n#####!”

Chris Rock Says He Was Jumped Into A Gang and Claims Melle Mel Hated On Hip-Hop Group Public Enemy

(AllHipHop News) Funnyman Chris Rock was recently a guest on Questlove’s podcast “Questlove Supreme,” on Pandora.

The 51-year-old comedian, who grew up on Decatur Street in Brooklyn, said that he was very influenced by Hip-Hop music in his early days.

According to Chris Rock, it was not uncommon for him to mimic pioneering Bronx-bred DJ, Grandmaster flash, since Rock himself “wasn’t a gifted rapper.”

“I was a pretty pretty decent DJ, because I was from that era,” Chris Rock told Questlove. “Everybody on my block, we would go to see [Grandmaster] Flash and we would basically do whatever Flash did the next day.”

According to Chris, growing up in Brooklyn in the 1970’s and 80’s was no easy task. He was even jumped into a gang.

“I walked through the gauntlet and got beat up and whatever and you’re in the gang, right? I wasn’t a gang follow-up guy. A gang is like anything else, you got to follow-up,” Chris Rock said with a bit of humor.

Before working as a comedian, Chris Rock worked for UPS. But he soon realized that working a 9-to-5 wasn’t for him, and that he would end up dead or in jail, if he did not try his hand at comedy.

In the beginning of his career, Chris said that he would frequently party with a number of rap legends at the famed Latin Quarters night club in New York.

According to Chris, it wasn’t uncommon for him to hang with Queen Latifah, Kid-N-Play, MC Lyte, Heavy D. or the black militant group, X Clan.

Chris Rock also relayed a story that claimed that Furious 5 group member Melle Mel was a hater on legendary group Public Enemy, specifically when their classic Hip-Hop track open “Rebel Without a Pause” was released.

“Melle Mel get p##### the f##k off every time he heard that s##t because he thought Chuck was taking his s##t, and that motherf##ker would walk to the DJ booth and skip the record.”

Washington D.C. Rapper Wale Talks President Donald Trump, POTUS Announces He Is Going After Gang Members

(AllHipHop News) Wale is not a supporter of Donald Trump, however he does believe the 45th POTUS is uniting the country.

Wale, who hails from the nation’s capital, discussed Donald Trump’s performance since the billionaire real estate mogul/reality show host was elected President of The United States in January.

“If there’s any silver lining in this s##t, it’s that people of all walks of life are coming together and that s##t makes me feel proud for humanity,” Wale said. “We got a wild person in charge right now. But what I see happening is less hate amongst different creeds and walks of life. The Muslims, the Jews, the gays, the transgender.

“All people are just like ‘You know what? There’s a greater purpose, there’s a bigger enemy.’ And I think that’s the silver lining in this whole thing.”

In related news, President Trump took a brief break from Twitter, to swear in controversial Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

During the press conference, President Trump vowed to stop crime from terrorists and violence against law officers, through a series of tasks forces that will be created through some new executive orders just signed into law.

“It’s a shame what’s been happening to our great truly great law enforcement officers that’s gonna stop officers. That’s going stop as of today,” Donald Trump promised. “Today’s ceremony should be seen as a clear message to the gang members and drug dealers terrorizing innocent people. Your day is over a new era of justice begins and it begins right now.”

Is 22 Savage Done Trolling 21?

(AllHipHop Rumors) It looks like 22 Savage is turning over a new leaf!

As you remember trolling “rapper” 22 Savage got much attention last year especially for his uncanny resemblance to “rapper’ 21 Savage, and his decision to bite 21’s entire persona.

The 21 Savage act certainly brought him more attention than he’d previously seen. It looks like 22 is finally ready to move on to a more legitimate career now as he’s changed his name to Young 22.

21 Savage didn’t even have to beat him in the boxing match that he once claimed would be the only way he’d alter his rap name. Perhaps Young 22 knew the change was coming soon, so this may be the reason he was trying so hard to gain hype off of the crazy buzz surrounding Soulja Boy’s beef with Chris Brown….and the alleged upcoming boxing match between the two that we may never see.

21 Savage said he’d never fight 22 anyway as he and his crew don’t box; they walk around with choppers.

Well good for Young 22! Lol I’m not sure what will come of his career though. Issa mess. Both of them are. Am I missing something? Is 21 not just another mumble rapper?!?! Carry on.

Migos Deny They Are Homophobic After Comments About ILoveMakonnen’s Sexuality

(AllHipHop News) Migos have denied they are homophobic, clarifying remarks they made about fellow musician ILoveMakonnen’s sexuality.

The Atlanta, Georgia rapper, real name Makonnen Sheran, revealed he was gay last month in an emotional statement posted on Twitter.

Migos members Quavo, Offset and Takeoff were asked about iLoveMakonnen’s coming out in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, and made remarks that were reported as being critical of his sexuality.

“Damn, Makonnen! They supported him?” Quavo questioned, before Offset added, “That’s because the world is f##ked up” and Takeoff said, “This world is not right.”

Quavo then went on to query whether the rapper would lose credibility as a result of his sexuality.

In a statement issued on Twitter, the group denied their remarks were homophobic, instead claiming they were commenting on the way gay people were treated by society.

“We are all fans of Makonnen’s music and we wish he didn’t feel like he ever had to hide himself,” the statement read. “We feel the world is f##ked up that people have to hide and we’re asked to comment on someone’s sexuality. We love all people, gay or straight and we apologize if we offended anyone.”

Migos have soared to the top of the U.S. charts, with their track “Bad and Boujee” hitting the number one spot in January.

‘Atlanta’ Star Lakeith Stanfield Says “Migos Are Garbage”

(AllHipHop News) Atlanta creator Donald Glover praised Migos during the Golden Globes, but one of his co-stars may not hold the rap trio in the same light.

Lakeith Stanfield tweeted (then deleted), “Time to be honest. Migos are garbage.”

It was not clear if Stanfield was joking with his tweet, but the fact that he deleted the post suggests he was backtracking on the comment.

This is not the first time in recent months that Stanfield has used a public forum to express his thoughts about other creators.

In December, the California native rushed the stage at the Critics’ Choice Awards when Silicon Valley beat Atlanta for Best Comedy Series.

“I want to thank everybody for honoring us in this way,” Stanfield told the crowd at the ceremony. “We worked very hard on Silicon Valley and here we are. Thank you.”

(AllHipHop News) Big Sean has been making the media rounds in support of his new album I Decided.

J Cruz of Power 106’s The Cruz Show caught up with the Detroit spitter during a VIP Party in Los Angeles.

Sean spoke about the honor of receiving a Roc-A-Fella chain from his Roc Nation management head Jay Z.

“I never really thought I’d get a Roc-A-Fella chain. It’s always the chain, at least when I was growing up, that was the ideal chain to get,” explained Sean.

He continued, “Those are some real genuine guys – Jay Z, Kanye. Especially Ye, putting me in this position, just giving me that chance, that deal, seeing the potential more than anything. Nothing can compare to that chance Kanye gave me.”

His association with Jay’s Roc Nation and Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music has inspired Sean to start his own label.

“That’s the only reason I’m just now starting a record label myself – just to give somebody else that chance, to put them on cause I do believe in karma,” added Sean.

The “Bounce Back” performer revealed he has already signed producers Amaire Johnson, Key Wane, and Rob Got Beats.

All three beat makers worked on I Decided.

Sean is currently looking for artists as well.

Hov just gave this to me! Told me I earned it! #IDecided.

Waka Flocka Drops Scathing Gucci Mane Diss

(AllHipHop News) Waka Flocka went and did it. He has released “Was My Dawg,” a scathing diss of former friend Gucci Mane.

While he does not say Gucci’s name, there is not mistaking this.

Waka decimates any hopes for olive branch extensions by questioning Gucci’s street cred, calls him a “ball hog,” and says he will shoot up his former friend’s home.

The pair have been at odds for many years, but it is unclear why Waka has taken this moment to drop this song.

Gucci has not commented.

Chance the Rapper Heading To Court Over Child Support

(AllHipHop News) Hip-Hop star Chance the Rapper is locked in a custody battle, just days before he’s due to hit the stage for a highly anticipated performance at the Grammys.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Kirsten Corley will be in court this Friday (February 10), in an attempt to work out a custody agreement for their 16-month-old daughter.

The rapper’s lawyers have petitioned the court to set a child support award “below statutory guidelines.”

Chance is also asking the court to ensure Corley shares in their daughter’s expenses, since she is capable of being able to work.

In addition to seeking an order protecting both parties’ private information, Chance is also asking the court to “recognize that a large income does not necessarily trigger an extravagant lifestyle.”

Chance’s new album Coloring Book is nominated for seven Grammy Awards, and the rapper will perform during the live event, which takes place on February 12.
