(AllHipHop News) Rapper 50 Cent has reportedly settled a lawsuit with bosses at a group of auto accessories and detailing companies after they used his image in ads without permission.
The “In Da Club” star filed papers against executives at Phenomenal Vinyl, Rim Source Motorsports and Forgiato for posting pictures of him on social media to sell their products and services.
50 admitted he worked with the companies in the past, but he always made it clear he didn’t want to be part of any endorsement deals.
In his suit, the rap star claimed Phenomenal Vinyl bosses ignored his pleas and posted his image in Instagram endorsements and he sued the three companies for using his trademarked name without permission.
According to TMZ, a settlement was recently reached, but the terms will not be disclosed.
