Remy Martin has dropped rapper T.I. as a spokesperson and brand ambassador. According to Rap Radar, T.I. will no longer be representing the brand, after being sentenced to 11 months in prison for violating the terms of his probation, for attempting purchase machine guns and silencers in 2007. “Regrettably, we will not be able to continue collaborating with T.I. at this time,” Remy Martin said in a statement. “We wish T.I. well and hope he will devote his time and energy to staying the course.” T.I. also recently lost an endorsement deal with AXE Body Spray. In related news, T.I. has revealed that he has changed the name of his upcoming album from King Uncaged to No Mercy. The rapper appeared on the Ricky Smiley Morning Show on Monday (October 25th) and made the announcement. Additionally, T.I. said that he was hoping to drop an album before he starts his 11 month prison sentence, although no official release date was available for No Mercy. Representatives for Bone Thugs-N-Harmony have come forward to clarify earlier reports about Krayzie Bone’s status with the group. Over the summer, it was speculated that Krayzie was leaving the group due to inner-turmoil. The rumors seemed to be confirmed when Krayzie announced the launch of a new label,The Life Entertainment. Last week, a press release issued about the group made no mention of Krayzie. Representatives for the group have confirmed with AllHipHop.com that Krayzie Bone is still a member of Bone Thugs and was left out of the press release inadvertently. Krayzie, Wish, Layzie and Flesh-N-Bone are currently recording a new album, in addition to working on an untitled book project. Legendary Hip-Hop band Public Enemy will perform in Moscow, Russia tonight (October 26th). The legendary group will hit the stage at the B1 Arena with popular opening act, rapper Noggano. According to reports, Public Enemy’s performance in Moscow tonight is the group’s first gig there since 2003 and only the second time P.E. has visited the country. The Moscow performance is part of the group’s whirlwind tour of Europe. Tomorrow, Chuck D. and company will be in Bulgaria, before heading to dates in Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic. The group’s tour continues in November, with dates lined up in Switzerland, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and France.
