DaBaby Says His Twitter Account Was Hacked After Ominous Threats

DaBaby clarified a few threatening messages that were sent out to his 2.9 million followers last night.

Charlotte rapper DaBaby raised eyebrows over the weekend after ominous threats were issued from his Twitter account.

“Ion know who need to hear this, but I’ll slap da f**k out any one of you ni***s and pay for the lawsuit. Lol noooo cap,” read a tweet from the rapper’s verified Twitter page.

“But I’d much rather keep playing p__sy & sit on these M’s,” said a follow-up tweet.

But according to DaBaby, he was not the person issuing the strong words, his account was hacked.

The tough talk would not be out of character for DaBaby, who is well known for backing up his bravado with action.

And in March of 2019, DaBaby escaped a murder charge after he shot and killed a man in a Walmart in a Huntersville, Walmart Center in North Carolina.

Since then, the rapper’s bodyguards have become known for brutalizing fans who get to close to the “Suge” hitmaker.

Da Baby was also accused of beating down a promoter in Miami. The charges were dropped, but the rapper still faces a $6 million civil-suit over the beating.

Most recently, one person was injured and another man was shot during a video shoot in Charlotte last week.

Despite the violence, DaBaby managed to have a successful 2020.  His third studio album Blame It on Baby was a massive success upon its release in April of 2020.

The album spawned hits like “Nasty” featuring Ashanti and Megan Thee Stallion, as well as “Rockstar” featuring Roddy Ricch, which was named the song of the summer for by Billboard.
